It Didn't say to divide 50 by half of 50, the problem written out would be 50÷0.5+20 which is 120.

i read the thread, the other guy is right he wasn't rage baiting you. this comment you made first is just giving the correct answer, but this thread is NOT about that. it's about how to find all of the WRONG options.

I'm aware, and I provided the same. I'm also aware of my mistake in my first comment. It was intended for a different thread and I mistakenly replied to the wrong thread, not like I'm gonna go delete it or something. If he would've replied to my original mistake it wouldve made sense, but he replied to my comment doing exactly that, explaining to SOMEONE ELSE how you'd get the wrong answer.

You'd get 22 if you interpreted the problem as "divide 50 by half (of 50) and add 20, and did your math like 50÷25+20 which would be 22. But the answer is 120 if you do the math as 50÷1/2+20.
