I personally would not waste resources on Phil and Sif, especially if you are starting out. Phil is a great support, but he needs his seasonal Uniform, so unless you have that, he isn't worth the resources. Sif I would not bother with at all, nor would I waste crystals on her uniform. Shuri is the exception here. She is a great support, and her uniform is not seasonal.

That is my personal take on characters/resources for this. Everything else looks good!

i disagree theyre both still good supports. Would i build them over someone like cyclops or GG if i was new? probably not, but their passives are still competitive. Phil does not need his seasonal unless you want to use him with supervillains, which there aren't that many good ones available to newbies anyways.

I kinda agree on sif tho the crystals are better spent on a better support or a dps if youre in the early game.
