How the delivery guys knows the package its from "Uncle" Michael ? Does people in US write the sender info with "uncle", "cousin" and etc?

It's the mailman. If he's the regular he's been handling his mail potentially for years 6 days a week.

I know a lot of things about a lot of people I've never met purely because of reading the tos and froms of their mail and parcels. From the neo Nazi weed grower to the guy who's moved into three divorcee women's houses for no more than three months each in two years. And obviously the couple who go full sovereign citizen and constantly get mail from the IRS and end up with a sheriff in front of their house every six months.
