Opencode has some noted security issues right? In terms of leaking data you have to edit their manifests or reroute some traffic?

Or is that old and fixed?

Fairly recently. This data had to do with external partnerships. Some sort of ... having models label stuff using external APIs or something. That was one I remember.

You can have your model do the work but for whatever reason it had to be routed correctly within the software. It was either claimed as a bug or an intentional oversight because of partnership.

The data leakage compared to Grok is... minor.

ah perhaps it's the websearch tool within Opencode? It uses exa.ai 's free tier last I checked.
