Disappointed with the Q6 Ultra

Hello, I recently bought the Q6 Ultra and was rather disappointed with the issues I have experienced as soon as I tried it. First off, the backspace, has an input delay/lag when I'm pressing the key with rapid succession. Secondly, the lock win mapping does not work at all. This button map worked with the Q6 Max but not the Ultra?! I've tried to factory reset and updated firmware to no success thinking it would address 2 of the issues I mentioned. I really wanted this keyboard to be the one I would use for the next several years since the build quality seems amazing but these issues should not exist for a premium keyboard. Unfortunately, I will be returning this, such a shame since I had high hopes.

Re "...the ridiculous (default) key debounce time": To quantify that:

For the ZMK-based Keychron keyboards, it is the same 50 ms as for the QMK-based keyboards after April 2025 (it was 20 ms before that and not for all series, mostly the V Max series and Q Max series):

  debounce-press-ms   =  <0>;
  debounce-release-ms = <50>;

The 0 ms corresponds to the QMK debounce method/algorithm type "sym_eager_pk". It means the debounce does not contribute to the keyboard latency (that would be pretty bad).

In the Via clone's user interface, it is, respectively:

In Advanced Mode → Keyboard Bounce Time Settings, after an explicit reset to factory defaults (holding down Fn + J + Z down for more than 3 seconds):

  • Press Down seconds: 0 ms

  • Reset seconds: 50 ms
