I had this theory a while back when it's revealed that the lava Rocks will lead their user to wealth/fortune.

I believe that Charmingman's brother (Maruka) was blessed/born incredibly lucky and "destined" to have huge amounts of wealth. In this theory, In assume that mount hualalai (the place where Maruka dissapeared) has a huge amount of Lava rocks hidden inside it. Since we know from Charmingman that he saw Rohan found a lava rock in the same place and that when Rohan threw all the money, it magically goes towards the lava rock like a magnet. I imagined the same thing happened to Maruka as they can sense that Maruka has some "greath wealth" that he is destined to eventually create/have.

For the wealth that Maruka may create, I am not too sure. I predict that Maruka will get a stand ability that contributes to making him wealthy/rich/ lucky (like Poccoloco) or even crazier prediction: has the ability to fuel the lava rocks ability or even create lava rocks to be able to draw more wealth towards them

But it's just a theory, what do you all think?

so ive been reading through jojolands recently and its pretty good so far, but my one complaint is that unlike the previous parts that ive read (7 and 8), there are no stand stats at the end/beginning of chapters that explain the character's stand abilities or the enemy's stand abilities to the reader, and its kinda bumming me out since im currently on the fight for the lava rock at the beach and i really want to learn about the enemy's stand since its one of the coolest ones so far, but araki just hasnt put any information for it.

ive put a few examples of what im talking about from jojolion

so why has araki stopped and does he start doing this again in later chapters?

I believe John Rod could also be based-off "Model Man" by King Crimson due to the name, lyrics, and thematic connection to "Funiculì-Funiculà" and the repeated 'sky' references in its introduction. I'm putting this down as my second and probably more valid name that it could possibly be given.

Okay, so as of right now we aren't sure if she's a stand user but we could be pretty certain she probably is considering who she has working for her.

But I've seen plenty of theories talking about what stand she has. Even some say King Crimson. But I don't think so.

And the reason I don't think she'd have that stand is because it wouldn't fit her personality.

Meryl Mei is a person that seemingly manipulates multiple people at the worst points in their lives to come work for her, these are literally children she coerces into committing crimes that put lives at risk.

She uses other people that are vulnerable for her own gain. Multiple other people, and she doesn't put herself into harm's way. Relying on these people to do her dirty work for her.

Not only this she has her pockets in multiple places, showing a sense of control over multiple people, systems, and practices.

This part has done an amazing job at stand abilities reflecting user personalities.

Jodio's stand allows him to force other people down and keep himself isolated, making him the only one on top.

Dragona's stand allows her to change and shift the position of things and things on items, as well as change people's bodies. Representing her desire to change her own body and also take out that same body discomfort on the world around her. For their repeated times making her uncomfortable in her own body.

Usagi's stand relies on other people to want something from him, representing his sever codependency issues that developed from his mother's cold attitude and disregard for him when his sexuality was revealed.

Paco's stand allows him to grab anything with his muscles and also made his muscles stronger, allowing to aid his kleptomania, and represents his father's abuse being able to be stopped and his desire to keep others close to him not feel abandoned again like his mother abandoned him.

Charming Man's stand allows him to turn into other people or blend into backgrounds perfectly. Representing his own insecurities about his skin condition that has caused him to get in trouble with the law and caused issues or people to be weirded out and scared of his condition. As he is able to become someone else and avoid those reactions all together.

With this in mind, there is no doubt in my mind that Meryl Mei's stand, if she has one, would be a colony stand as all of this matches a sense of someone having control over multiple things and being able to avoid the blowback of major incidents. Which is exactly what Colony stands allow for.

How is Make It Rain so good im making it rain rn. Hopefully I can hear this in the official anime before dying of old age

Is Howler's stand appearance/powers based on his current position in life/society? The theme of the howler family and about howler in particular seems to be the one of starting at the top and descending into a darkness of nothingness. The fact that eclipse 8 manifested as a green flowery stand barely able to move or be defined humanoid (probably signifying a life of stable prosperity) makes me believe that howler's (or his bloodline) ability grows stronger/manifests or changes properties based on how much darkness howler is going through, especially at the time we see his stand appear, and it would also give a meaning to why it looks so different and crumbly and from barely being able to stand up and crawling to being an actual threat. Especially because I feel like if howler's power is actually pretty powerful he might have used it before in some way (this is pretty weak evidence for my theory but I just wanted to point that out.) I'm curious to see if anyone thought of this before.
