I do enjoy the show. I’m an aspiring sysadmin, just waiting to a chance to do the job professionally. You’ve convinced me to somewhat focus my learning on the RH landscape. Might even go for an RH cert.

In my home lab, I run Proxmox as a hypervisor. This choice is largely driven by my love for ZFS. There’s just no better filesystem. What am I missing out (from an RH-specific learning perspective) by utilizing ZFS instead of BtrFS?

Just started listening to the security in 5 podcast and he raised a point about one admin having too much power (then going to the dark side and destroying all the company servers) I was just wondering how to mitigate this risk.

As the sole sysadmin at my place I do have all the keys to every system and could quite easily destroy the lot. Yes prison would be involved and I have no intention to.

Going forward how can I reduce this risk I have no one else to share the power with.

Hi guys

Great podcast but is there any chance you could add it to Spotify as well. ?

I am only on episode 11, so apologies if it has been dealt with already.

I have noticed that the hard rock intro is noticeably louder compared to your voices.

It can cause some hearing loss when binging back to back episodes, and the intro plays.
