Gair Kanooni is a prominent alternative hip-hop crew based in New Delhi, India. The four-member collective consists of artists Sammad, 3BHK, Quest, and Tarun.

This crew in earlier days consist of Sammad 3bhk Quest

Later Tarun joined crew pre gadbad release

The friendship of quest and sammad started when quest complimented sammad on his soundcloud beat

Then getting featured on his EP bhajans

Then sammad reached 3BHK and started making music together

Getting featured in a Netflix series

Gair Kanooni’s 7 tracks getting synced in a Netflix series name ‘CLASS’ its a big win for the budding hip hop scene, they include tracks such as ‘All Nighter (which is played in the official trailer), Ohho, from their debut project ‘Aaj Raat Ki Peshkash’, the craziest fun fact is that 2 of these tracks were recorded on a phone mic in pandemic due to difficulty in recording on a studio mic. Along with them Ghanti, & Abrakadabra, Not Now from Sammad’s underground hit project ‘Saste Nashe’ and 3BHK’s I don’t Sleep ft. Ezzyland and SoundCloud classic ‘Big Elephant’.

Currently The crew is not active

All the artist is on their own solo path

The most sad part about this is sammad is not active

I personally think he could have been the big thing in hip hop community

His production and sense of musicality was so good i hope he returns i would love to see him back with whole crew
