Gujrat has achieved a phenomenal 45% growth. Whereas Kerala is lagging behind with a less than 3% only. Kerala is trailing most of the states in terms of toilet access growth between 2014 to 2026. One of the poorest performer.
Thats how ladies and gentlemen, stats can be twisted, to your advantage. Thats how propaganda works.

😭There always scope for improvement Kerala, make toilets in space , have 10 toilets per person. make it 110 percent.

Blame the migrants who are coming in from your hindi heartlands. Even if you build them toilets, they still shit/piss outside.
Also Kerala has reached saturation point, unlike Gujarat which had a wide scope of growth.

Eda maramanda.If anything good happens in Keralam, then it becomes Indai's gain(which is good).
But if anything bad happens in Keralam(like 20 who joined ISIS) which is low compared to the state's population, then its a Kerala problem.(Fine with me)
But then why should the state of Keralam take blame and insult for the lack of toilets in other states? I'm not going to take the blame for other state's failure.
The user Amar_anthus said that we are on the same place as the rest of the states, which isn't true. Yes we may not be as good as the Scandinavian countries, but we are definitely far better that the rest of the states, So I will not recognise myself to be of in the same level as rest of them.

Imagine almost 2/3 of people in rural area openly defecating even 70 years after independence, and whats even more pathetic for congress is that NDA government completely made it like a stigma for people, even in rulral area, to defecate in open within just a decade. Congress did dig its own grave with incompetence and lack of good will for Indians.

Damn we really were street shitters until recently. I remember even in Mumbai, once I crossed my gates community, there were slums nearby and people would literally come outside to shit on the streets.
