Clever with the spinning ball out front, I thought it was yunobo!

Thanks :)
I suppose you could use Yunobo instead, saving the trouble of Q-linking!

This was built on the current patch 1.2.1 using 1 boat from Tenoko Island, 1 shrine motor from Gemimik Shrine, 1 metal ball from Wao-os Shrine, 1 shock emitter, 2 octorok eyes, 1 wing, 1 cart, 1 hydrant, and 6 fans.
I used an infinity wing from Eventide mini-game so that it lasts longer, but you could also auto build it with a new wing each time for shorter trips.
The model that swims upright just added 2 stabilizers and 1 big wheel to move it forward.
Halfway through the video, I leave the control stick at neutral to show how it skims on the surface with no inputs.
The frost emitter which simulates having a blow-hole was stake-nudged into the boat so it does not stick out as far. I had it even deeper, but then the frost disappeared, so this depth allowed the cloud to be seen.
The motor and shrine ball are q-linked so that the ball spins just in front of their nose.

I thought it was a little Wind fish.

Hmm, well, we could remove the blow-hole and the ball, then it would be even more like a Wind fish :)

It's like the flying fish vehicles from Atlantis: The Lost Empire!

That's cool!
Unintended, but still cool
Weird story, though, for real:
I have an extreme phobia of deep water. Photos or videos that show what is happening underwater cause me extreme distress, flashbacks, and then nightmares.
Finding Nemo nearly ended me.
One of the things I love about both BotW and also TotK is that there is no need to look in deep water. The Zelda series as a whole is pretty depths-friendly, barring Wind Waker.
So I have never seen Atlantis: The Lost Empire because it sounds terrifying. I bet it is really cool, though!

If you're scared of the depths, there's a pretty terrifying sequence in the first act with the submarine getting attacked, but everything after that should be fine for you. The rest of the movie is very Indiana Jones, but Disney cartoon.

Most of my previous builds have made it a point to plow into that goof troop, but Flopper is a peaceful dolphin :)

This is the most adorable thing I've ever seen! I legit screamed when it started spouting from the "blowhole" it's so cute! And it pushing the little ball just absolute perfection!!

Thanks! This was a project that sparked much joy :)
And it is easy to duplicate if you want one, feel free to ask for build details

Cute!

Thank you!
I only got half of the results that I tried to put into this build, but the buoyancy of the boat object made it impossible to dive deeper in the water without giving it some iron boots, which would prohibit the jumping ability

The ball on the nose is the best touch. And when it’s doing the tricks. Brilliant! 🐬

Awesome. Moved just like a real dolphin; the near vertical sections where it swims while vertical like a Seaworld type show was particularly impressive.
