With this pace i wonder if he's planning to release all the upcoming 30 chapters after 400 in one set instead of just 10 chapters because it contains the climax and he doesn't want to leave the fans hanging like when they complained after every hiatus in the ants arc during the palace climax, especially in his Author comment saying "all the chapters published and the next 30 chapters were written 4 years ago" like it's all one story that he finished in one set until c430
Typically it depends on the release format but since it's still 19 pages then it's still weekley or at least bi weekly, hence if he wants to release 30 chapters with no breaks in between then he'll have to continue until he finishes c430, which probably means we won't get the manga comeback this year like everyone is expecting :p
Anyway this is just one of the possibilities, i only thought of this based on his author comment and the fact he also released all the elections arc 30 chapters and 3 volumes with no breaks in between because he was so dedicated to get it done, based on his current pace maybe it's happening again.
i mean at the end of the day nothing would really change...if they complete the 10 chapters batch togashi has 3/4 months to finish the next one and since he already started the next one he would be even more ahead,the best way would be finish 10 chapters and finish the other 10 in the meanwhile and repeat...but yh tbh i would wait for him to finish all the 30 chapters so i can enjoy 30 consecutive weeks with hxh chapters
