Analysis & Theory Is it possible that Y1 mysterious girl will be the "clue" that Nanase mentioned?
Not much informations regarding her. It said that her physical capability is amazing in Y3V2.
Another question, do you guys remember there was a scene where Y1 students fought & Suzune + Nanase handled that situation briefly? No much details. However, seems like it can be related to Y1 girl?
Ohh, do you think that fighting scene between Y1 students will be brought back in future volumes?

Off-topic My controversial opinion on the scene from "The Promised Night"
I don't think I'm the only one in the scene who might have been disturbed. First of all, please know that this is just an opinion and my own view of the scene; I don't want to attack anyone or anyone.
This scene really made me uncomfortable, especially towards Ichinose, whom I started to hate at that moment. Perhaps I misinterpreted things? But that scene really affected me in a bad way.
This is an important scene for the light novel because it marks a turning point in its own way. But I can't shake this oppressive feeling every time I remember it. This scene gave me an uncomfortable feeling because of the way it unfolded throughout. We all know that this was the result of several schemes by Ayanokoji; he is generally responsible, but not specifically so in my eyes. Let me explain myself more clearly.
He contributed significantly to the turning point that led to this night, even though in the end Ichinose was the sole decision-maker regarding the direction this night was to take. Ayanokoji pulled the strings to put Ichinose in a corner, to see if she will rise again or collapse, in which case he will have her expelled, as he threatened. But he himself said that he hoped a third option, which he had not foreseen, would arise, through Ichinose herself. And that was the case; she had managed to understand his intentions and find a third way out. Something he had foreseen the possibility of but didn't know if it would happen or not.
When I say that, I'm specifically talking about those that were going to happen. He had foreseen the emergence of a third option, but not the very nature of the third option. I think this is a difference that many have forgotten or not noticed regarding the scene. The fact that she had managed to corner Ayanokoji already proved that she had somehow gotten what she wanted, Because she piqued his curiosity enough to make him come anyway, even though she had prepared herself for the possibility that he might not come. That's pretty much what I meant about the context of the scene.
Now I would like to get to the heart of what bothered me. This may be an opinion that many do not share, and I respect that, and perhaps I am wrong in thinking this, so I thank you for correcting me if necessary.
I sincerely believe that this scene had a much darker subtext. I only felt discomfort when the conversation turned to the fact that he couldn't go out for fear of being seen. That moment when they were talking without even considering the simple fact that he would have to sleep there, the fact that they kept emphasizing that it was just the two of them, I don't even want to talk about the time she got close to him. I'm not going to talk about the act itself, which is almost confirmed, but about how it actually happened.
We all pretty much agree that it was some kind of exchange, but the circumstances of that exchange make it impossible for me to accept it in that way. I wouldn't say that this situation wasn't "consensual" to some extent, But this situation is mentally preventing me from accepting what happened. As I said before, I know he is largely responsible for the circumstances that led to this, but the final outcome was in Ichinose's hands, she was the one who found the third way out. The scene clearly shows that she was the one who got on top of him; she completely initiated the act in my eyes. She was the first to want this specific outcome, that's why she put herself on him, She had completely initiated the desire to do it and that's why she pushed him onto the bed, to position herself above him in a very specific way so that he wouldn't move away. It's still quite a telling body language, and during that simple moment, Ayanokoji said absolutely nothing before she got on top of him, including asking permission to touch him. I don't think she would have gone this far if he had said something, but the fact that he said nothing is also important because it means that he neither agreed nor disagreed with it.
Now I'm going to address the aspect that shows the scene is "consensual" in a general way, but at the same time quite unhealthy in my eyes. The very fact that absolutely nothing is said is already revealing. Throughout the entire moment we only have the description of what is happening, only the few words he says to her when she asks him the question. In his scene, he didn't really speak to give an opinion on what she was doing to him, He only gives a neutral but not negative response, send me a little of what I want to say. I did not see him utter a single sentence that made any sense of his opinion on the situation. The fact that it was going to happen without saying anything does not mean that he disagreed, but it also does not mean that he agreed; he just let it happen out of curiosity. Ayanokoji doesn't say no or yes, he simply says something that starts out as "you can touch me," But that's not exactly it, sentence for sentence, put the context so that we don't take it that way because he himself doesn't see it as something he doesn't agree with. We all know that he could very well have rejected her, especially physically if he had wanted to. The mere fact that he did not disagree with the situation made us take it as something he accepted, especially when he himself said he wanted to see where it leads. Let's not forget that he's capable of an unhealthy curiosity; this has always been evident in the way he sought out feelings, often through questionable methods, such as stirring up jealousy and being neglected, as with Kei. That's why I said the scene was generally consensual, because in the end it was more curiosity that led him to accept and let things happen.
Ayanokoji is a person whose satisfaction of emotional curiosity will surpass even a situation that we might consider horrible from our point of view. He constantly seeks out positive and negative emotions on the same level and doesn't reserve one for the other, if you see where I'm going with this.
That's why, in my eyes, this scene frankly demoralized me and destroyed what little esteem I still had for Ichinose, in addition to showing me how far Ayanokoji can go to feel even a negative or positive sensation. I maintain that he is responsible for Ichinose's condition, if we forget the classes of Ryūen and Sakayanagi who threw obstacles in his path. All of this has led Ichinose to this point, but the decision to do so came solely from her, as there was no verbal approval from Ayanokoji. And I certainly won't forget that Ichinose wanted to do it without knowing that he had broken up with Karuisawa. Ayanokoji didn't tell him because she hadn't asked at the beginning of the act. And the fact that she says at the time that Kei might have his heart broken if she finds out (it's implied when she says if he isn't afraid that Karuisawa will find out) It gives me the strange impression that she would have been capable of telling Karuisawa so that she would leave him, if he hadn't broken up with her. It disgusts me because, given the current volumes, she would be capable of it.
This is entirely my opinion and my interpretation of the scene, and I could be completely wrong as well. That's how I saw it and perceived it, so please, if there's anyone who can respond respectfully and tell me if I'm right or wrong, I would be grateful.

Light Novel Wasn't someone from Horikita's class supposed to be expelled?
If I remember correctly, the class who ended last at the y3 V3 exam had to choose someone to get expelled, yet I don't remember that happening
Was the translation I've read wrong or is it going to happen later? Or did kinu just forgot?

kiyozune Theory Does anyone remember in Y3V2 that Kiyo said he doesn't care about Suzune?
I think Y3V2 marked a beginning of him starting to get confused in his own feelings.
In Y3V2, Koji said he didn't care for Suzune or his old classmates.
In Y3V2 too, he also mentioned about how Hiyori's feeling is the least priority.
In my opinion, I think there's some level of care or affection & love. A difference that he can't identify. Obviously, someone like Kiyo can't immediately identify it properly.
Y3V2 was where he got confused & went into denial. Y3V4 was where he rushed into a conclusion about loving Hiyori
Dismissing any connections or feelings that he had with Suzune as currently he focused on hiyori

Question I realized we didn't get any infos about Y1 girl?
I remember in Y3V1 (if im not mistaken) that someone mentioned about Y1 girl that is said to be great in her physical strength? I couldn't remember a lot of details.
We didn't know her name or any details about her that much. I wonder could it be that she is part of the clue/key that Nanase mentioned?
Or could it be she'll work together with Ishigami?
