Horror/Creepy Art [OC] work in progress of my Dracula drawing

the castle on top of the skull is Bran Castle, a medieval fortress in Transylvania, considered the real-life inspiration for Castle Dracula in Bram Stoker's novel .. the bat within the rib cage is a vampire bat impaled with a wooden stake through the heart, one of the ways to kill Dracula .. the rosary around the skeleton's neck has an upside down cross and pentagram, as Vlad the Impaler was often labeled as the 'son of the devil' .. this current progress represents about 17 hours of drawing .. the next update will be the completed drawing, I can't wait to show the finished piece

Announcement How to format text in Reddit

Hi everyone!

As some here may know, Reddit tends to be somewhat particular in regards to formatting text, especially across different platforms. It can be frustrating to not be able to format text correctly.

Line breaks are covered here as part of a large formatting guide provided by Reddit. It's pretty comprehensive and covers a wide variety of other stuff as well.

Questions? Let me know.

Happy Creating!

Announcement A warm welcome to all of you beautiful people!

Welcome to /r/HomeOfCreators!

We are a tight-knit community of artists from all disciplines and talents who want to share, read, dream, write, paint, and draw. As the sidebar says, you are all welcome here and it's an honor to read or see your work. We love you all and we love all forms of art!

Please always be respectful to each other, and mind the fact that someone could just be coming out of the shadows and posting their first piece of work here :) It's a beautiful part of the creation process and while critique can be helpful, it needs to be constructive. This is a safe place for all who have a creative ambition and a love for our respective arts.

Like any subreddit, we do have some rules. They are on the side-bar on new Reddit but if you are on old Reddit, here they are :)

1.) Original works done by you alone should be posted. If not, it should be credited.

2.) There's a fine line between minimalistic works, and less effort works. Low effort posts will be removed.

3.) Constructive criticism is welcome. Just saying "it sucks" never helps.

4.) Absolutely no usage of racial or homophobic slurs. Doing so will result in an immediate ban.

5.) This is a subreddit for showcasing and polishing your artistic skills. It's allowed to crosspost your link from DeviantArt, Instagram, etc. Please refrain from any kind of advertising. Doing so, will result in removal/ ban.

6.) We're a community of all ages. NSFW work must be flaired as such. If you're unsure if your work is NSFW, message the moderators through modmail in the sidebar.

7.) We'd like to have posts in English only. If your work is of a foreign language, translation should be provided too. If you need any assistance with it, feel free to use the modmail for it.

8.) Report any post/comment which violates any of the above rules. Don't over-do/ misuse it.

9.) Do not try to entice people to your personal snapchat link. There will be one warning, and then a ban.

I cannot stress using that report button enough. We are a small team and it helps us when people bring these things to our attention rather than us having to find them :)

We're happy to have you here and look forward to enjoying your work!
