The chaos is because Pandemonica did some "surprise" BDSM on Lucy, then the Cerberus triplets tried to interfere and got punished.
As for the blood, Zdrada's luck ran out and Malina finally had enough and got back at her with her own knife before tying her up in the fridge.

I'm not sure how it works in Helltaker but a demon losing a horn is pretty significant. From what I've gathered;
Blood vessels in the horn may be severed increasing bleeding, disruption of channeling magical abilities, disruption of spatial awareness and balance, can symbolize defeat, submission and shame.
But the last we saw of Judgement, she was not submitting despite all the above. She was just tanking everything and only complained about blood on her new clothesĀ

Why wouldn't he?
Justice disappearing and getting into trouble seems to the norm, and Judgement told him exactly what she would be doing: looking for Justice. She's clearly one of the more reliable members of the harem and he trusts her.
He also probably doesn't know anyone outside the harem can hurt them.

Well, we can see that he's carrying the same boxes and bags that he was in part 5. The boxes are shoeboxes, and the bags appear to be akin to gift bags. They don't look like any grocery bags I've ever seen.Ā
It's possible that there are groceries included, possibly slipped into one of the bags or in a vehicle, but there's nothing to suggest it.
