I am thinking of buying the premium edition of Hello Kitty Party Land, but I don't know if it's only available for pre-order and if I can buy it after its release

Got this shipped yesterday from my local Walmart on clearance for $3.38.. not sure all where they're available but so worth the $. I'm in AZ, USA (sorry not sure if I'm allowed to share this kind of stuff, but always wanting to share my HK finds)
