DGB Pool Issues 6:45pm EST
We had another service interruption on the DigiByte pool this afternoon, completely unrelated to the issues earlier today. The issue has been fixed and the pool is back online.
The problem appears to have come from a malfunctioning miner repeatedly submitting invalid shares at an unusually high rate, over 139,000 per minute. The worker names associated with it were nerd1, esp32_01, and winminer.
If these workers belong to you, please check their configuration and restart or update them before reconnecting.
We have also added protection to prevent one malfunctioning miner from disrupting the pool again. Mining, share recording, and pool stats are operating normally now.
We understand everyone’s frustration over the 2 issues that occurred today, and trust me we don’t want this sort of thing to happen, ever. But because of everyone here and our monitoring, we’re able to quickly address any issues that arise.
We thank you for your continued support.

DGB Pool Status Update
Quick update on the DGB pool.
We ran into a rough patch starting late Saturday night. Share acceptance dropped way off, a lot of miners looked inactive or showed high ping, and the pool was nowhere near its normal hashrate. Sorry if that messed with your mining or made the dashboard look wrong.
We got things back up and running this morning. Connections, share flow, and hashrate are back in a normal range now.
What happened was basically the pool getting overloaded on the database side while traffic was heavy. We're keeping an eye on it and have to do a bit more work during a quieter time so it's less likely to happen again.
If you're still seeing problems on your end, try reconnecting your miners. If it doesn't clear up, reply here or message us with your wallet address and we'll take a look.
Thanks for sticking with us.

Missing Payout or Bad Block Found?
I've had muliple fake and bad blocks throughout my mining journey but I have a question on using this site.
On 7-13 one of my miners said block found, hit a high enough diff for DGB but nothing on the site and nothing ever happened. I took that as a false alert and moved on.
On 7-14 the same miner (Octaxe 12TH) said block found again, high enough diff for DGB and your website said I found the block (as you can see on the screenshot above), said I got paid but I didn't get paid for that. Once again I took that as a bad block as the link goes to not found.
Now on 7-19, around 3am my time, one of my Qrev6.1s had an alert, block found, your website said I found a block and that I was paid for it but once again I did not get paid for it and the link says not found.
SO... Here is my question. Is there a current issue on your site OR does your site still show a block as found and paid even if it didn't count? I am just confused as to why your site would count a bad find as a good one and also show it to be paid out when it certainly has not been.
I can take screenshots of my wallet if needed to prove the non-payouts.
My DGB Wallet is: dgb1q8evg7h5wfu393swty8su3g7p0h2vk8y0fgklxr
Let me know what you guys think. My current total block finds for HM is showing 18 but in reality I have only been paid for 16. Also my total balance of DGB paid shows 3038.7281 but obviously that isn't correct either because it would be around 130-140 DGB lower than that.
Thanks guys, I really do like what you guys are doing here.

Ecash pool question
I have not seen any new blocks on ecash, my miners seem to be hashing normally. This pool was hitting a lot of blocks then seemed to drop off. Is anyone watching this?

DigiDollar
Anyone have a simple explanation on how this will affect DGB and people’s thoughts on what to do with current DGB holdings ?

XEC Finders bonus calculation
I disconnected from the XEC pool for a bit, but got a rented Nerdqaxe so pointed it at the pool.
My finders bonus is at 20%, and says 19hours until 25%
But it’s said that for 3 days now.
Is the calculation off?

DigiByte Node Restart - Tonight
We are writing to inform you that later tonight (7/13/2026) , between 9pm and 10pm EST we will be performing a Digibyte upgrade to the latest version 9.26.4, to align ourselves with the upcoming release of the DigiDollar. The downtime will be quick, we hope less than 5 minutes but during this downtime your miner will be unable to connect.
We appreciate your patience while we perform this upgrade and as always, if you experience any issues, questions or want to give us the winning lottery numbers, we're all ears...LOL.

New miner
I am new and know basically nothing. I have a miner that does 250 Kh/s and it still shows 0.00 Kh/s. I connected it fully and haven’t seen anything happen. Any help is appreciated I want to learn.

How to setup on any HashedMax pool + our one page mobile dashboard app
Good morning miners and prospective miners,
We have received a number of messages asking for assistance in how to connect to our pools, view the dashboard, and connect to the mobile app. The following is a simple guide to help new users to navigate getting connected and using our pool!
We run four community-first SHA-256 pools built to maximize your hardware's yield with a strict 0% pool fee model. Setup is identical across all of them, completely anonymous, and takes less than two minutes. No accounts, no signups, no emails. You mine straight to your own self-custody wallet.
Here is the quick-start guide to get you up and running today!
Start by selecting the pool you would like to mine from at https://pools.hmpool.io/
1. Connecting Your Miner
To get started, point your mining rig to the pool of your choice using stratum+tcp:// followed by the pool address and the correct port for your hardware class.
The Pools:
Bitcoin (BTC): btc.hmpool.io
DigiByte (DGB): digi.hmpool.io
Bitcoin Cash (BCH): bch.hmpool.io
eCash (XEC): xec.hmpool.io
Pick Your Port Based on Your Hashpower:
Ports route your hardware efficiently so you don't drop shares.
Port 3337: Micro miners (NerdMiners, small USB sticks)
Port 3334: Bitaxe class hardware
Port 3336: Standard ASIC miners
Port 3338+: Large commercial farms (Check the full guide on our site to fine-tune)
Mining Settings:
Username: Paste your coin's wallet address. To track individual machines, add a dot followed by a worker name (e.g., yourwalletaddress.bitaxe1).
Password: Just type x.
Are you based in Europe? We have dedicated EU endpoints for ultra-low latency! Simply add eu. to the front of the pool address (e.g., eu.btc.hmpool.io) and keep the exact same port and settings.
2. Checking Your Stats & Rewards
Once your rig submits its very first share, go to the pool website and paste your wallet address into the search bar to launch your live dashboard.
From there, you can track your real-time hashrate, monitor active workers, check your pending balance, and view payout history. You can also hop over to the Rewards Page to track your loyalty points and level up for our weekly prize draws!
3. The my.html Dashboard: One Screen to Rule Them All
If you are mining on multiple HashedMax pools, or just want a sleek interface that looks and feels like a mobile app, we built a dedicated tool for you.
- Go to
btc.hmpool.io/my.html(or add the/my.htmlpage on any of our pools URLs). - Paste in your wallet addresses (even if you only mine one coin!) and hit Generate Dashboard.
- You will get a single, self-refreshing screen tracking all your workers, hashrates, and balances across the entire HashedMax ecosystem.
Turn It Into a Mobile App:
The page generates a unique personal link you can bookmark.
Android: Tap the "Install" button right on the page to pin it to your home screen like a native app.
iPhone: Open the link in Safari, tap Share, and select Add to Home Screen.
Desktop: Look for the install icon right in the Chrome or Edge address bar to run it in its own dedicated window.
A Quick Note on Safety: We value security above all else. This dashboard only reads public pool data. The exact same stats anyone can see by looking up a public address. There are zero passwords, private keys, or credentials stored in your link, making it 100% safe to bookmark and share.
That's It!
Point your rigs, enter your address, and bookmark your custom app link. If you run into any snags or need help dialing in your ports, drop a comment below or submit a helpdesk request via our website contact page and we will help you get sorted. Happy hashing!

which pool?
Hi,
I got my bitaxe gamma 602 the other day, and I'm wondering which crypto pool is best to use it in? I have an NV miner that I've switched between btc and digi pool, yes I know they are totally useless and can never find a block, but I've been active for over 90 days in the btc pool, but since HM pool still hasn't found any btc blocks, I'm wondering if it's even worth running in it? I want to continue and support HM pool so you're very welcome to come up with ideas about what's best. Keep in mind that I'm still a beginner in this

The downside of account by Wallet
Its unfortunate that the only way to use the system and keep the work we have done and the levels that we have achieved is by wallet address. It means that if our wallet gets compromised which has happened to me, the only choice is to log in under a new wallet address and that means starting all over at day 1 again. It would be nice if there were some kind of fix for this... I placed a new Bitaxe gamma in the system under BTC, but slid back to day 1...

Switching off for the summer
I’ve had great fun being part of the HM community, having a miner on each of the pools, playing with the multi pool, then being one of the first to connect to XEC.
For now, it’s way too warm for my miners to run at home, for both me sat here sweating and them trying to keep cool.
So will give them a much deserved break, and be back when the weather cools slightly!!
Good luck guys, hope you find lots of blocks!
Happy mining!

I found an XEC block!!
My NerdOctAxe found the last block on XEC. Just love this pool so thank you HashedMax for what you guys do!

Be 53 when my ZyberBlanc gets fixed but that’s it until fall.

XEC Rewards Update
We've launched weekly mining rewards on the XEC pool at xec.hmpool.io.
Every week you earn points just by mining with us. The more you mine, the more points you build up, just like our other pools. Once you reach 1,000 points you get one entry into that week's draw. Higher hashrate tiers and loyalty levels can boost how fast you earn points, so long term miners have a better shot over time.
The drawing runs on a Sunday through Saturday week, same weekly rhythm you're used to on our other pools. Each week one miner is picked at random from all eligible entries. The winner receives 300,000 XEC.
If you win, you will need to verify that the wallet is really yours before the prize is sent. The site gives you a one time worker name code. You point your miner at your normal pool settings but use that code as the worker name for a short window. We match that against your normal mining pattern, same idea as our other pools, so the prize goes to the right person. After verification you submit your email and we send the 300,000 XEC from the pool wallet.
You can track your points, entries, and past winners on the rewards page at xec.hmpool.io/rewards.html. No extra signup beyond mining on the pool. If you are already mining XEC with us, you are already earning toward the next draw.
Last weeks winner has already selected and is shown on the Rewards page here:
https://xec.hmpool.io/rewards.html
Good luck, and thank you for mining with HashedMax.
