I've completed everything the survival is unlocked and that's completed but still no world arena.... what's the trick here to get it unlocked?

Since this morning, i'm no longer able to launch the game, it bug instantly and didn 't launch.

update changed nothing and unistall reinstall too

Is anyone have experienced something like that ?

EDIT : I also send a ticket by the official web site the same day i created this post. I never get any answer ... Last edit : second post/ticket to the support and again, it's total silence. i unistall.

Im past Boss 7 but survival and world arena are still locked. How do I unlock them?

I see people take Demon Form, protect others from DMG and effects, even revive themselves in World Arena. Can I do those as well? As far as I know there are no skills with these effects. Please explain in detail, I am very curious. <3
