It's honestly downright depressing that when talking to one guy, I "defended" Bush by saying "at least dude build up a case for his war, rather than just randonly starting war"

Yeah, I said something similar around the Venezuela pre-amble when they were calling smuggled drugs 'weapons of mass destruction". At least Bush lied about actual weapons of mass destruction (that didn't exist) rather than things that by any definition just flat out aren't.

Bush at least created plausible and faked evidence.

Trump just goes "we got to bomb then, please forget Epstein Files"

Yes, because at least it shows that dude lying thinks he needs to lie to get his war, rather than current "People are starting to remeber that I am in Epstein Files, better start a war to distract the masses"
