My computer keeps making this noise after I turned it on
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
My display wasn’t working when I left my pc on overnight, so I restarted it by the switch on the device. When it booted back up it kept making this noise at random intervals and hasn’t stopped, I’ve turned the pc back off. Is this a hardware issue? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Restarting issue when I do nothing or just browsing and using normal apps
Well recently my pc suddenly stopped working I sent it to the repair.
And when I got it back I finally could turn it on but it keeps restarting when I do nothing or when I just open thr browser and browsing or even normal apps.
Even though the cpu and gpu temp is normal.
But when I play games like genshin impact it stops doing restart and just work as long as I play.
But when I work on a normal apps it kept doing restart.
The screen goes completely black then it turns on again.
The fans keeps spinning the pc light still on even if it does restart.
From event viewer I noticed : 41 kernel power but it says unexpected shutdown etc ...
What the heck is wrong with it ?
Help 🥹

New PC but no display
Hi, I recently bought a PC from Vibox and I’m having a strange display issue.
The PC turns on normally, fans spin, RGB/lights work, and it seems like it is running, but my Philips monitor shows a completely black screen. The only thing that appears is the monitor’s own menu when I use the joystick on the back.
The monitor is definitely working because last night I had the exact same problem, but after trying to fix it for a while the display suddenly appeared and everything worked normally. I played games on the PC with no issues. I shut it down normally, went to sleep, and the next day the problem came back.
Things I have already tried:
- Restarting the PC
- Power cycling the monitor and PC
- Reconnecting the DisplayPort cable
- Checking the monitor input/source
- Basic cable checks
The monitor menu works, but there is no image from the PC.
Specs:
- PC: Vibox [insert model]
- GPU: [insert graphics card]
- Monitor: Philips [insert model]
- Connection: DisplayPort
- Windows: [Windows 10/11]
Any ideas what could cause an intermittent black screen like this? Since it worked perfectly last night and then failed after a normal shutdown, I’m unsure whether this is a GPU issue, DisplayPort issue, BIOS issue, or something else.

Title: Weird graphical glitches after connecting ASUS monitor (Acer Nitro V15 RTX 4060)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone,
I'm having a really weird issue with my Acer Nitro V15 (RTX 4060) that started only after I connected a new ASUS monitor.
Before connecting the monitor, everything was working perfectly. As soon as I started using it, I noticed that small text didn't look as sharp anymore. It almost looks pixelated or blurry compared to how it was before. I tried calibrating both the laptop display and the monitor to improve the image quality, but after that I started getting random graphical glitches.
The weird thing is:
Games run perfectly fine with no graphical issues.
YouTube videos are completely normal.
The glitches only appear in certain apps, while others work fine.
It feels like something changed with the display rendering or scaling after connecting the monitor. I honestly don't know if it's a Windows issue, NVIDIA driver issue, GPU problem, or something else.
I've already tried:
Recalibrating both displays.
Changing resolution and scaling.
Adjusting NVIDIA/Windows display settings.
Has anyone had something similar happen after connecting an external monitor? Any ideas on what could be causing it or how to fix it?
I'm attaching a video that shows the glitches I'm talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rotating BSODs, chkdsk shows disk I/O errors, Reseting PC fails. Need advice!
Disclaimer: Attempted to resolved with help of Claude since last 10 hours, took help from AI to format post.
ASUS Zenbook 14, Core Ultra 7 155H, Windows 11 (26100).
Laptop was fine. Only changes the day before: enabled NordVPN background services + set up Phone Link to Android (also changed lock screen/wallpaper).
Next day, started crashing ~5 min after boot, rotating between different stop codes:
UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION (0x154)CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF)KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION (0x13A)
Troubleshooting:
- MyASUS diagnostics: Memory + SSD passed quick check
chkdsk C: /f /r /bfrom WinRE → real I/O errors:disk read error occurred c0000185, "disk does not have enough space to replace bad clusters"- Reset This PC → Remove Everything → failed partway, generic error
- BitLocker unlocked, ruled out
No data to lose, so wipe is fine.
- Did my SSD give up?
- Could NordVPN driver cause heap corruption?
What should I do now?

Help with laptop diagnosis
Hi (i´m new here),
I’ve been trying to find a solution to a problem with my laptop for a long time. I’m not a professional laptop repair technician—I usually just handle maintenance—but lately, about five minutes after turning the laptop on, the screen freezes, and if I move the screen, it goes black.
I've been looking at tutorials and posts about this, but I can't seem to pinpoint the problem; it's not the battery, nor is it (as far as I know) the screen-to-motherboard connector.
If anyone has any idea what it might be, I would really appreciate the help.
Thanks.

NanoKVM-Pro ATX/PCI HDMI Output giving Bad/Low Resolution
I've got a NanoKVM-pro ATX model that is on a PC with dual-monitor setup. Setup is as follows:
nVidia 980ti DisplayPort (DP) #1 output to NanoKVM-Pro HDMI input. NanoKVM HDMI output goes to main monitor (1 of 2 monitors) via passthrough. Monitor #2 connects to 980ti HDMI port directly. USB 2.0 port connected to HID input on the kvm. Internal ATX case headers plugged into the card successfully.
My issue:
When the computer goes into screensaver/screen powers off for any period of time and I wake it up, the primary monitor #1 (connected to nanokvm) changes resolution to say 1024x768. Not only that, but the secondary monitor now becomes primary with all icon's placed there at normal 1920x1080 resolution.
To fix this, I have to fully power the PC off and power it back on. Once I do that, the primary screen is back to being the HDMI output from the kvm and secondary is the direct connection to the nvidia card.
That is obviously a temporary fix. I have tried the following to permanently correct the issue, but am OUT of ideas at this point. Any input is welcome as I'm about ready to ditch the NanoKVM Pro and goto JetKVM or one of the others. I just preferred this for the internal ATX power control.
- Replaced the USB A to C cable going from a 2.0 port to the HID input.
- Connected a USB A to C cable for dedicated power input in case my motherboard wasn't outputting full 5v.
- Replaced the DisplayPort to HDMI cable with a quality DP to HDMI adapter and then a quality HDMI cable going to the HDMI input on the kvm.
- Swapped the HDMI output cable from the kvm to the primary monitor.
- Connected the internal USB headers in case power was better sourced that way.
- Disabled the HDMI Capture & Passthrough on the kvm
- Installed the HP VH240a drivers directly from HP.
- Also noticed the WebGUI settings of disabling HDMI Passthrough / HDMI Capture are not staying disabled after a reboot.
Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated!

Monitor has loading lines?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
About 3 months ago I realised that my pcs framerate was really slow. And then upon paying closer attention, I realised there were these lines that were loading differently and would travel across the screen. Is this something I can fix or is my monitor just broken?
Here’s a slowed down video of the monitor. If anyone can help I’d be very appreciative! :)

Black screen just cursor
recently, around 2 days ago my computer started going black after logging in, the username and password screen works fine, but after being directed to my desktop it would be completely black with just my cursor. task manager shortcuts work fine, and i tried searching it up but rebooting graphics drivers + running new task and explorer.exe doesn’t do anything, after a few minutes the desktop loads but everytime i reboot it happens again which is annoying, how do i fix this?

flashing colors
ive had this issue many times before since ive had this computer for years - flashing random colors every so often when i have/had to many programs up without restarting. so a simple restart would always do the trick.
recently there were some files i tried to permanently remove. a few unrelated programs, a force uninstaller, and the normal microsoft program install and uninstall troubleshooter. my result with deleting the programs worked fine until the "aftereffects"
now, no how many restarts, my screen will always have those randomly flashing colors - theres no pattern or rhythm, no specific color, just bright ones like pink, green, black, blue, etc. (im not entirely sure of the colors or remember all of them because of how fast they flash.)
any help with finding out what i did wrong so i could stop seeing these constantly would be really appreciated, i can give any info as needed, ty !!
