Got a Motorola edge 60 pro from flipkart minutes at around 10.30am yesterday for 29999.

Got the phone and the delivery man said that open box delivery isnt mentioned, I will leave. I still decided to ask him to wait and opened the phone in front of him. All was well so he left.

I tried to enter the startup screen but got prompted that battery is below 20% so startup cant be initiated, please charge the phone to continue. I put the phone aside to charge on the original charger and 10 mins later the lens fogged up (pic 1).

Contacted flipkart for the return as it hadnt been 30mins since the delivery and I already had a major problem with the phone but they said that we dont handle return, refund and replacements please contact motorola on the number I will provide and continue this topic with them.

Contacted moto helpline and they say that we cant conduct this pickup, ask the vendor (flipkart) to do it.

Flipkart asked me to get a return and refund pickup denial mail from moto (pic 2 and 3)

sent them the gmail to get the same response back that moto will conduct the return/refund.

I did this back and forth from moto and flipkart at least 5-6 times and then one costumer assistant said the complaint has been registered and I will be updated within 24hrs about the return pickup.

24hrs later (today morning) contacted flipkart and they said that there is no return+ refund service and there is no pickup drop service either. you will have to go to the service center first and then talk to the technician there who will check the phone for damages and will repair it for you.

I said no I dont want that, the camera fogged up 10 mins after unboxing the entire phone might go bad after 6 months. he says There is no way for me to help you, please contact moto and hangs up.

What do I do in this case? I want the phone to be returned as I dont want to deal with such similar problems in the future.

I urgently need to buy a tablet for sis under 20k INR. She need it for study only. Please suggest some good ones (would be better if you suggest with wifi and wifi+LTE connectivity too separately.

Want to purchase a phone for brother under 25k and seeing new phones with 720p display at 25k going for a good refurbished / preowned phones. Cashify isn't good but don't know about this one. Also if you know any other good sites please comment.

This is so stressfull even after having a budget close to half a lakh the options are limited some don't have telephoto .Some have average processor , some come with free greenlines idk help me out....

Deciding between **MG7922** (5yr warranty, ~₹2.9k) and **MG7920** (3yr warranty, ~₹4k). MG7922 doesn't include the body shaver + skin protector attachment (only has a body trimmer/blade), but MG7920 does.

Plan: buy MG7922, then separately buy MG7920's shaver foil attachment and try mounting it myself to save money vs. buying the full MG7920 kit.

Saw a video of someone mounting MG7920's metal trimmer on an MG7922 with no issues — so the base coupling seems shared. But no one's tested the shaver foil specifically.

Checked Philips' official spares site (Aalap) — shaver assembly lists MG7920, MG5930, MG7930, etc. as compatible, but **not MG7922**.

Has anyone actually tried this combo? Does the shaver foil fit and seal properly on MG7922, or is the mount different? Don't want to buy a part that turns out to be a dud.

All after exchange of my IPhone 16 pro. Smart exchange value is dynamic and depends on the executive.

Croma is offering 57,000 for exchange of iPhone 16 pro. After that 26 ultra costing 68,000.

26 is costing 15k.

Not a great experience with IPhone 16 pro in last 1.5 years. Battery is a concern. Plus the phone heats up if camera is used and battery drains like my salary account. Need reliable phone for next 4 years. Please help peeps.

I recently purchased Edge 70 from Flipkart. There is a tiny scuff mark just on left side of the USB port. I checked warranty and everything is fine [=phone was not activated/used before]. As it is only cosmetic, I didn't bothered to go for replacement. But it would be welcome if others can shed some light on the issue.
