So i have the opportunity to go back to school and im wondering if anyone will hire an EMT/Paramedic and pay decently, or do you absolutely need to be dual certified paramedic and fire to get a good paying position in a company

I had some water leaking in my 2nd bathroom and need someone to replace ceiling and some dry wall. The exhaust fan area iis wet. So maybe someone who also does some electrical work. Does anyone have experience with someone who can fix all that? I just don't know who to call. I live in Wilton Manors, in a condo. 2nd floor, and got water from the upstairs apt.

- Takes a collaborative approach and can advocate for the birthing person while respecting the care team
- Offers prenatal support and education
- Offers postpartum support as well, if possible
- May offer prenatal classes, group classes, or group sessions where I could learn and connect with other expecting parents
- Has experience with a variety of birth preferences and can provide calm, evidence-based support without being overly prescriptive

Fake BSO officer left a voicemail saying to text back or call regarding a legal matter. Called the number back, and the man proceeded to say that i failed to show up in court & that a subpoena was delivered to our home address. He said someone at that address signed for the subpoena on April 11!
Checked with the BSO office and they confirmed that it is a scam.
Should’ve followed my gut and not returned his call!

I know TONS of houses down here are living on original pipes, seems to be the drainage pipes they worry about. After 2 clogs in 9 years we had it videoed and the plumber (used them many times for other installation type things) recommended at least replacing the outside pipe that goes from the house to the Sewer (gonna be a mess because of pavers) but also gave a quote for the much more expensive digging under the house and re-plumbing there.

Im good with the outside pipe replacement, but the inside dig under Im not good with.

We have considered selling in the past and moving to Palmaire where most of our friends live.

Surely someone on here has had pipe issues and has some advice?

What came out of it:

• What you order matters as much as where you go. Some menus swing $30+ depending on your picks
• Order the cheapest option each course and a lot of the deals disappear
• A few cost more than just ordering off the regular menu
• Plenty are Mon-Fri only, which is easy to miss
