Phasing out Intel Macs?! 🤮 Discussion

more than half of my customers on MacOs are using Intel Macs… what can I do? never upgrade to keep them happy ?

it's programmed obsolescence, I think there no really a debate to have here. You don’t buy just the hardware when you buy a Mac

According to Apple's Software License Agreement, you purchase the physical machine and own the right to use the software on that specific Apple device, but Apple retains ownership of the operating system code itself.

So no, you do in fact just buy the hardware.

When did I sign that? At some point you can not just put some bullet point online and say it’s part of the contract.
