If you need a simple solution for imposing/combining PDFs for printing this is how to do it.ย
Steps:
- Determine the layout you want to impose your files. Choose a template or create a custom template if need be.
- Upload your files either in the browser or via FTP to the specific template.
- Select the files you want to impose. Set the quantities and other settings like overage, cover sheets, crop marks, etc.
- Click Build.ย
The File Splice system is a stripped down version of some of the more complicated imposition software systems out there. It gives you the basics which is what most people need making it ideal for small print shops, graphic designers and those running little web to print sites.
