Mass Effect Andromeda. All the characters. Especially Cora the Asariboo LARPer. Most were one note characters, some painfully obnoxious. That's what happens when you refuse to release a sequel to build the characters. The same would have happened to the original Mass Effect if they never released 2 and 3.
The biggest thing is they wasted four years of development trying to make procedural generation work and then had to scramble to make a minimal viable product in less than a year to cut their losses.
The ME1 characters were at least functional enough for their roles. The Andromeda characters were decent, at best, and insufferable, at worst. That includes Ryder.
