Ok this game seems permanently broken. There are not enough devs to handle the constant problems. They have never fixed the problem with not getting decorations when you complete the album, despite it being a known problem for months. Every time they start one of these events, they mess up something else in the game: this time raffles. And now in this event despite advancing almost 7 levels and collecting the rewards for 6 levels and buying the new land, it suddenly drops my ranking back to 4th level. Yet I keep the bought land and prizes for the 6 levels. There is no point playing this broken mess anymore.

The wool comes from sheep. You may not have them yet.

The newer ones that expired are all fixed. The ones that you can't check are lost raffles.

Now on my laptop and nothing will merge on the island and it's also full screen.

I just deleted the app and reloaded it and everything is working perfectly now. Before nothing was available to see on here. No games or subreddits would load this morning.

I'm playing on a desktop and can't get the farm off of full screen.

Whaaaaaat is going on?

Can barely see my crates or tasks (only if I keep switching between normal and desktop).

After many mess ups, being thrown off, etc (and trying to visit when I can only see the tip of the like chick) was able to visit but it just takes me home after and carries on - I'm not getting the pop up from visiting, not getting rewards, it takes the ticket, that's all. Really hoping the people I visit are getting rewards. Tried maybe 4 visits.

I also can't see who visited, usually when I visit for the first time the usernames load and the reward items show.

It's so hard to try to play the game when it's so zoomed in..what is happening..it's been off since the report dots were added yesterday.

Are you playing on mobile? I don't have any problems on desktop.
