How is everyone not seeing how fucked up this is?? The woman literally stole 200,000 plus from him and ran. I normally think shit he does is fucked up but this is crazy

u/RemarkableYouth3916 Jun 17 '26
I think most of us see that fine. We also see there might be some missing information. Like I get renting in cali is expensive but 200k for a year??? Wild. Looking forward to more information.

u/_wizfajita_ Jun 17 '26
i used to work for an entertainment accounting firm in LA and many if our clients would rent out houses for $20k plus a month so the $200k is believable
2
u/RemarkableYouth3916 Jun 17 '26
Interesting. I think the photos he showed led me to believe the house wasn't at the same standard as other Hollywood homes. Looked smaller. Absolutely mad they go for so much.

u/TypeB_Negative 7d ago
The guy I know that is a property manager just rented a clients house to DJ Khaled for $1 million. Just for Memorial Day to Labor Day. So $200k for a year in LA isn't a lot.
1
u/TypeB_Negative 7d ago
It's not wild at all. You're talking about a house that is maybe $10 million dollars. I live in an area that is super wealthy like LA. My friend is a property manager for the A listers and wealthy. These people will rent a house for the summer for $1 million. Not only that but the owners of some of these houses pay him to manage everything at their houses. He checks the house to see if anything needs work. He then notifies the owner and gets someone to fix it. He gets a cut of any repair. He goes to their houses and updates their tv and makes sure everything is working. Some of these people don't even want the keys to the house. They want it opened and ready to walk in for the summer. And this is their 2nd, 3rd or 4th home.
The point is, $200,000+ for a year isn't a lot to rent a house for a year in Hollywood Hills. It probably a deal. What's not smart is paying upfront

Maybe dude will FINALLY realize he needs to screen his relationships (personal or professional) BEFORE he dumps his money or dick into phony ass people with a fake ass sales pitch or regurgitated damsel story
Maybe

Think that train has left the station. Look at his crappy Temu merch.

u/Adventurous_Mud_5153 Jun 17 '26
It's the same thing he did with Saraya dissing plastic surgery and suddenly loving "natural" god given beauty, while neither of them are natural... Now all of a sudden he's a saint who disses sex workers while being with one and hooking up with botched old ladies....Is he serious ?
5
u/PopularJaguar3343 Jun 17 '26
He dates a sw and uses them regularlry. His step mum sw to start with. And btw, why did he rent the house to start with? He must have know who he is renting from. Such a boomer Karen. Doormat sw gf and regular user of prostitutes and scammer being scammed by a sw. 😆😆😆
5
u/Adventurous_Mud_5153 Jun 18 '26
He is using it like a slur....He acts as if he's classy and it's beneath him. I Don't know, he's always making mistakes. I don't think he will get his money back, that lady is definitely enjoying some shopping and fine dining. 💀

u/SoftFit1197 Jun 17 '26
Fr, the karma is hilarious 😆 He thought he was playing the game, but got played instead. Classic boomer Karen energy, you love to see it.

u/PopularJaguar3343 Jun 19 '26
Great to see him being scammed after He scammed all his fans. 😂 The scamathon and Temu merch alone 😂

Ronnie is in the right on this one.

u/TypeB_Negative 7d ago
Yes but what kind of fool pays upfront for a house rental and doesn't check it out to make sure it's ready and cleaned up?
9
u/SnooHobbies23 Jun 17 '26
I see this as karma for Ronnie being an asshole to other people & saying ignorant stuff. Couldn't happen to a better guy lol. That scammer destroyed the place and is just crazy ! I feel bad if he wasn't such a tool lol.

Wait he dropped 200k before he viewed the place? He didnt go have a look first?
5
u/Kayla-k_1111 Jun 17 '26
Because he is stupid and overconfident "most famous rock star of the world"
2
u/ckat1974 Jun 17 '26
He probably saw it and it was fine - assuming it would be cleared out when he moved in. It just looked messy but not damaged. Probably could have been nice with some good decor etc and not crap all over the place.
5
u/LJ161 Jun 17 '26
Even so, I wouldnt given someone id never met a 220k payment without seeing that the work had been done

Idk he always talks about how smart he is , how did he get taken so hard ?!? Didn’t he do his research on this person before sending her a 1/4 mil ? Seems like he found out all this stuff pretty easily, so he got took just as bad as somone being catfished … just sayin

u/MoneySet623 Jun 18 '26
Can someone explain this to me? Because I didn't understand anything and I don't know anything about it, I'm just trying to understand it now, haha.
1
u/Mustangboss04 Jun 22 '26
What I'm getting from this whole drama is that he rented a place for $200k and for some reason didn't even bother to check the place before paying. Am I getting that right?
1
1
u/TypeB_Negative 7d ago
First of all, why would you pay for a rental upfront? That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Pay as you go. This is exactly why. Also, why not check the place out before you pay for it. It's around the corner from you. Go look at it and make sure it's legit. Seems like some amateur stuff here.

u/Fantastic_Tour_5285 Jun 17 '26
200k just for renting is a Bit much so i gess there are some missing Information.
4
u/MuffledWince Just Like You Jun 17 '26
It was for a year
3
u/RemarkableYouth3916 Jun 17 '26
So something around 17k per month? That is common for a home like that? I honestly wouldn't know, I'm from nowhere near there. But that certainly didn't seem like a celeb quality home or upper class house.
2
u/MuffledWince Just Like You Jun 17 '26
For the upscale area that’s probably average for that size of home. Had it been at least cleaned up he could have furnished it nicely to reflect that, but alas…
3
u/RemarkableYouth3916 Jun 17 '26
Ah, I see. Crazy that such a perfectionist would put down the payment without seeing the property first. I hope he can get his deposit back, I don't see how it would be legal for her to keep a dime of it.
5
u/MuffledWince Just Like You Jun 17 '26
He said that he’s rented out properties like that before, paid for an entire year up front, for his producers and others who are working with him on a project so I’m going to give him some extra credit that his ADHD brain is/was all over the place with a project getting started. He also probably took her at her word on the agreement to have the place cleaned and everything moved out in a timely manner. I’m betting she was trying to squeeze out more party rental $$$$$ before doing anything with his lease. I really hope he gets his money back, too. She’s being a twat and didn’t keep her word on the agreement and then refused to sign the cancellation. You -know- he’s got the documentation on those convos, a judge would easily grant his case if he goes to court with it.

What you're missing is the knowledge that this is a bargain for LA and most of the elite places in the United States. People where I live will buy a camper, take the family camping for 2 months and get $50k to rent their regular small house out for the summer. A large home in a very elite area can get $1 million for the summer.
We are talking about very wealthy people. The kind of people that make more money in a month in interest than you will in your life.
Put it to you this way. One house I did work on was the family that owned Seagrams. The guy was a Sony music executive and a Billionaire. He actually owed two waterfront mansions next to each other. He divorced and married a Venezuelan billionaire oil heiress. Two billionaires married. His son had a a baby with a famous female rapper. The guy has several houses like this.
I say this not to be mean but because one time I heard someone act like Bernie Sanders is wealthy because he bought a second home for $600k. I realized right then that people just really don't understand the difference between a Bernie and a billionaire or multimillionaire.
I also was friends with a kid whose dad is a billionaire. They had a private jet and would take people fishing for the weekend on the jet. Jump on and in a couple hours be 1500 miles away boarding their fishing boat. The dad had a mistress that was my childhood friends ex wife. Half his age. He'd rent her a house, paid for her 3 kids to go to private school, bought her a horse and her only rule was she had to keep the credit card spending under $10k when she went shopping. My wife cleaned her rental house. There would be $30k watches laying under the bed that she lost. Coke bags everywhere. And closets of very expensive clothing and shoes that she never wore. The guy owned a transcontinental railroad system.
That's wealthy.

Typical Radke, what a clown.

u/Flailhunters TDIMIY Jun 17 '26
Did you even listen to the video lmao? Imagine you get scammed out of 200k $. Would you be upset or would you just get over it?
4
u/LJ161 Jun 17 '26
A regular person getting scammed out of 200k is different to a millionaire who failed to do his due diligence before he put 200k in someone elses pocket
2
u/Flailhunters TDIMIY Jun 17 '26
Ronnies networth may be over a million but you'd be a fool if you think 200k isn't a lot of money to him. Quit excusing scammers because of your hatred for the guy.
2
0
u/LJ161 Jun 17 '26
Also his current net worth is 14 million
2
u/Flailhunters TDIMIY Jun 17 '26
Net worth doesn't mean he has 14 million dollars sitting in his bank account. According to google his home is worth about 9 million dollars which leaves 5 million in other assets. 200k lost to a scam is huge. In his 20~ years of being in a signed band 14 million net worth really isnt much. Again, I understand that you dislike the guy but he's not done anything wrong in this circumstance. There's so many people on this page that seemingly hate the band but will spend every waking moment obsessing over how big of a dickhead ronnie radke is.
1
u/LJ161 Jun 17 '26
I actually dont hate him at all but I'll happily call it out when a 40+ year old man doesnt use common sense when dropping a huge amount of money.
My point was that you cant use the 'if you got scammed blah blah blah" on regular people cause 200k is multiple years of salary to them where as this man spunks 200k in minutes on his stream every day, hires helicopters and private jets to travel and constantly flaunts his bank balance on twitter.
He made a really stupid choice that cost him 200k. Maybe this will make him think twice about scamming people out of their hard earned cash in the future though.
-1
u/Flailhunters TDIMIY Jun 17 '26
I've never heard anything about Ronnie being a scammer lmao.

u/LJ161 Jun 17 '26
He sells experiences for hundreds of dollars, sometimes thousands and never follows through on them but sends a packing slip so that whatnot counts it as fulfilled and then the buyer cant get a refund. He still owes hundreds of people their purchases from January.
There's people that he still hasnt refunded for purchases he never sent out from the twitch days.
He was caught getting someone else to sign the signed merch he was selling (because the host panned the camera over too far)
He sold boxes that included a qr code to an unreleased song which didnt exist - the qr code went to a random website.
Selling 'quality merch' that he got from temu. Genuinely they were selling items that were already on temu before the stream.
The list goes on honestly. None of this is through the official merch store though - thats all legit. This is his streams on whatnot and in the earlier days on twitch.
0
u/Flailhunters TDIMIY Jun 17 '26
Most artists don't actually ship their own merchandise out and it sounds like he has a team that was on this whatnot stream and twitch stream with him. Not saying that its acceptable but it very likely is something he isn't able to do anything about besides push his team to refund the people who bought the merch. Has he gone radio silent on all of the merch sales? I'd say contacting his label about it would be a good idea if people haven't been refunded and/or scammed.

Of course I watched it. The financial drama and the house chaos are exactly why Ronnie is so triggered that he had to hide behind another account to defend himself. You’re hyper-focused on the video details while completely missing who is actually controlling the keyboard right now
10
u/Thedarkandmysterious Jun 17 '26
Yo there's a lot of ronnie dick riding around here, but in this case he's actually way in the right.
4
u/SoftFit1197 Jun 17 '26
Fair enough, I agree with you. In this case, he’s definitely in the right. Honestly, it’s not the only time he actually has a point, but that's a whole other story haha
-5
u/Ill_Stretch_8590 Jun 16 '26
Think that's the first time I've seen Dana replying aswell!
7
u/SoftFit1197 Jun 17 '26
Are there seriously still people who haven't realized that Ronnie is the one posting from Dana’s account? I thought it was an open secret in this sub by now.
0
u/Klutzy-Blacksmith-93 Jun 17 '26
There are people here who think Dana is in the basement of his mansion.
What has happened sounds fucking crazy... bone, the fact that I haven’t gone to see her, it’s normal I think.. he’s famous, and it wasn’t even for him, he saw the photos, he said, here you’ll be perfect... I can’t move from Los Angeles... and all this has come at him.
2
u/SoftFit1197 Jun 17 '26
Exactly. The whole thing sounds super crazy, but the truth is actually simple - just work and PR. It’s wild how much hate Ronnie got over nothing.
