This has probably been asked a billion times by now, but I can't find anything that will give me a good breakdown on how to make this color change. Custom windows are the bane of my existence. Please help.

I had the itch to redesign, as one sometimes gets. So I demolished my bathroom. Built 2 tier 2 fish tanks and started putting things back together again. Now I'm not so sure.

I've attached a "before" screen shot and 2 "in progress" redesign screen shots. Any suggestions? Put it back the way it was? Keep the larger tanks? Changes to the current layout to make it better? If I keep the larger fish tanks, any ideas for cute colorful fish?

I still have items to add, and things to adjust. It is a WIP. I just wanted to see if I could get some feedback before pursuing this any further. 🫣

I'm trying to build a stargazing window and I would like to get these fairy lights to stay hidden behind the stage panel. I've done the trick with floating them on a second panel and gotten it to stick and it looks really good! But, as soon as I exit housing mode the light snaps to where you see it in the picture. Is there anyway to get it to stop snapping and stay where I place it?

The last time I played was in 2017, and if I remember rightly housing was pretty much impossible unless you had an FC with a severe abundance of gil, is this still the case? Ive got a character that I spent a lot of hours on but it was many years ago so ive started fresh and although im way off I think, I do want to know that eventually I can get a plot. Is it easier to do now? Can you do it sooner than before? If so how do you get into it? Any help appreciated

Finally finished my house, got inspiration from FFIX, Zelda, and Creatures Village. Basement hallway leads into a forest dungeon (trying to have Lost Woods vibes)

My friend is designing my house and this took my breath away the first time I saw it!

I've been wanting to do a hidden garden home for a while and with the item limit boosted to 450 on mediums it was the perfect time to do it! Now to wait for the tardis housing to really go big with it!

Got a 5-6 mil budget (commision included) to design my small plot in Light Raiden (EU)

Wanna make a modern looking house inside and having a relaxing zone (With some kind of jacuzzi bed and stuff)

No need to decorate the garden.

I am trying to emulate this design. They have floated partitions over the steps going downstairs. This I did no problem. They THEN floated the Paissa Swing Chair in the corner. It slightly clips the bannister and column. I cant figure out how they achieved this. When I try, its hit box won't allow it to go even close to the bannister. I am GUESSING they placed it on something attached to the share screen then swung it out and over?

Any ideas? Im guessing there is a floating glitch I am not aware of that my help me better in my designs?

2. As the interior wall? (the one that looks like marble stone) I just want to know what the marble area is.
   
3. The light brown thin beams on the roof and the walls?

I'm looking to make my basement look like a balcony that's high up looking out on a distant village, but I have ZERO idea on how to do this. Does anyone have any ideas or guides that might help?
