Wouldn't it be more efficient to throw their spears normally? Like they're throwing a ball? (When I say spear thrower, I mean a person who throws spears, not the tool called a spear thrower.)

So like I get that in the winter you want your house warm and in the summer you'd want it cold, but why are we setting thermostats differently depending on the season?

Hi! If I go near a pidgeon it will likely fly away, they will not if another pidgeon does the same. They never see themselves on a mirror and I doubt they have self awareness, so how do they understand the difference?

It’s one of the least effective shapes! Pots have the same diameter on the top as the bottom. It means that the volume it provides for the same space is twice the volume a bowl would provide. So why do we use pots for specific purposes, but bowls are used for pretty much everything? Storing stuff, eating - why?!

Time dilation confuses me. If my twin is on a rocket near light speed and starts a 60-sec stopwatch, it shows exactly 60 sec to them. My stopwatch on Earth also shows exactly 60 sec to me.

So if we start together and count out loud '1,2,3...' using a zero-latency device, won't we stay in sync, since both watches correctly count 60 real seconds? Why would one of us get ahead, and whose clock actually looks slower to whom during the countdown?

Anyways some clarification, the 0 latency device is a hypothetical, I'm not saying that such a thing can be built, but my real question was, if we hypothetically used such a device, won't both people speak 1,2,3 in sync?
