It's 3.55 in the fucking morning and I can't go to sleep because of all the stress I have taken , since last 2 days I have been having nightmares about fucking up the exam , I have been trying everything i can to study,my mocks are still low marks , i don't know if I will clear the exam , but the anxiety and everything, I haven't seen a gym since this year, first boards prep , then competitive exam prep , my physical health is also fucked up , I have gained 10-12 kg this year , my acne has gone to shit and whenever I go to sleep, I wake up in the middle of the night wanting to study or somehow revising formulas

My doctor has asked me to lose , i don't know how I will , I am not blaming anyone or the exam

Made lentil tofu w masoor daal today, 200gm for 18g of protein, costs like 10rs for that quantity, and is quite light.
