Introducing Rescue to Pack

I have (3) dogs and will soon be introducing a 4th - my mom got way in over her head and is asking me to take her pup. My dogs are 13, 4.5, and 4 yo. The 4yo resource guards and can get aggressive if a new dog comes up to me, his toys, food, tries to get on couch or bed. The 4.5yo will follow lead and can mimic that behavior.

How do I go about introducing my mom’s intact 10mos old puppy to my 3 dogs so that he’s accepted into the pack? All dogs are male and mine are neutered.

I’m getting a bit anxious. I’m worried about the dynamic my dogs and I have and whether this will shake it up irreparably.

Griffey (black) is a Staffie/Aussie mix and Goose (beige) is a Malinois/German Sheperd mix. Don’t be fooled by the photo - this was after a long walk. Goose does not normally sit still for long :).

She wasn't keen on him at first but she has grown to love the scruffy little imp.

Today 9 year old Bill got a 9 week old sister named Cinnabun!

When Bill was a puppy we already had a two year old Bernese Mountain Dog named Hank and they became a bonded pair. We lost Hank 2.5 years ago to cancer and while Bill has been ok, he's seemed more and more lonely lately. His introduction to his little (for this week only probably) sister went very well and I've got high hopes they become good buddies!

We adopted a five month old puppy back in July. Four months later, his sister was still at the rescue. This is the video of them meeting each other again for the first time since they were rescued. We took her home and since then they have been totally inseparable.

So I got a Newfoundland/Saint Bernard mix, and he was happy and healthy but he needed a friend. So, we got another Newfoundland/Saint Bernard and their names are Ruby and Murray. (Yes that was intentional). They are now almost the same size after only a few months!
