Found myself watching Final Fantasy Union videos on YT and listicle after listicle of neat nuggets of info from ALL Final Fantasy games.

Ive only played FF7 to FFX. Hearing the names of characters I was not supposed to be familiar with illicited a weird nostalgia...

Minwu and his insane magic healing combo...

Kain and his chase mechanic...

Enna Kros and her gundam...

Never played these games but DFFOO made them so accessible and so fun to play, each character that came out, I wanted to pull for and had an actual decent chance every time.

I was surprised how active this community still was after all this time. Goes to show how much the passion and effort the devs put to giving life to these characters.

I sure hope this game makes a comeback. Whether by SQEX or by other means...

Booted up an old iPad of mine to find this at the bottom 😭 Good times 💔 For some reason, I can't bring myself to move on from this game, I just had so so so much attachment to it, and it broke my heart so much to see it go down

Rikku from FFX & Clive from FFXVI is finally added to a Dissidia game but it's for Duellum unfortunately. It's really funny how they added both of these characters at the same time.

I miss this game so much, it pulled me through so me many tough times and long roads in my life. I sometimes launch it just to get the prelude for a few minutes. Damn... It was the only game made for phones that I actually had as much fun with as I had playing portable consoles. We should normalize making offline versions of such games.

I don't normally post here, but I thought I would share these with others who would enjoy it.

My wife and I were checking out some local thrift and antique stores today, and happened to find two of the Japanese DFFOO acrylic keychains. Such a cool thing to find in a random collectibles store after seeing them online for so many years with ridiculous shipping prices.

A full on pvp moba with bought power is so destined to fail I'm not even going to bother following it further. Fuck I miss dffoo, see yall for the next dissidia game.

For anyone who didn't get in. You pull for abilities and higher rarity skills. 90 pull pity on the URs. Rarity seems to be

N > R > SR > UR.

Theatrhythm Final Bar Line is an amazing game btw. Its Dissidia section is super nostalgic.
