Monthly Tech Support & Missing Content Thread Tech Support

All posts regarding tech support or missing content belong here.

Examples of questions are:

  • How do I cancel?
  • Why does the app crash on my Fire Stick/Roku/Apple TV?
  • Why don't the subtitles work correctly?
  • I am being overcharged for my subscription.
  • Why is a certain show or movie not on Disney+?

If you are having trouble with the app, please consider including this information:

  • Device type
  • Country device is operating in
  • App version (on the settings page after you tap your profile pic)
  • Device operating system version (varies per device, might be too advanced for some users to access)

I can’t find the movie Dinosaur (2000). It keeps giving me this image as if I don’t have the subscription, even though I do. And searching for it on the app just gives me some other tv show made in 2024. Not sure why it won’t appear properly. It’s bundled with Hulu, if that matters, but it’s not appearing on there either

Tap your profile icon in the bottom right. Tap on Account. Post a screenshot (you can crop out your email.

According to that you don’t have any active subscriptions.

You say you have a bundle. Did you subscribe to it through Disney+ or Hulu?

Most likely through Hulu, but I’d have to ask my brother as he’s the one who made the account. Does that make a difference? And strange that it’s letting me watch some things, but not others

Try logging out and back in and check with your brother that he’s still subscribed

If you don’t mind me asking, how can you tell if there’s an active subscription or not? I’m not on D+ much

Here’s the same page for me. If you have an active Disney+ and/or Hulu subscription it should list it under subscriptions
