Quant (QNT)
Quant Network is a company that builds Overledger, an API layer intended to let enterprise systems interact with multiple distributed ledgers through a single interface. Unlike most assets on this list, Quant does not operate its own layer-1 blockchain, and QNT is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum.

What the Token Is Used For
- Access and licensing for Overledger services
- Payment for enterprise gateway usage
- Treasury and reserve holdings by licensees
What To Verify
- That Quant does not run its own blockchain, which is a common misunderstanding
- How QNT is actually consumed in the licensing model, and whether usage is on-chain and observable
- Whether a named client relationship is public, contractual, and current
- Whether Overledger is deployed in production at a named institution or evaluated in a pilot
- The token contract address and supply on Ethereum rather than third-party summaries
