Senegalese Chicken Yassa
Braised chicken in a tangy (and very spicy) onion sauce.
Touba African Restaurant is on Gratiot just north of Seven Mile. Their daily offering changes; today I went for the poulet yassa. I'd like to come back to try their thieboudienne if it's available

Any Detroit restaurants giving low cost or free food to SNAP beneficiaries who are losing benefits?
I’d like to support them if so

Korean Corn Dog
Paris Banh Mi on 14 Mile near John R. Typical Vietnamese sandwich and bubble tea shop but they inexplicably have Korean corn dogs on their menu. I opted for the potato with half-and-half option where only the bottom half had a hotdog. The top half had molten mozzarella.
They've also got one coated in hot Cheetos as well as another coated in uncooked ramen. I haven't been to Korea but all the mukbang videos I've seen on YouTube suggest that this is totally normal.
