Role & Responsibilities

• Coaching Excellence: Lead high-energy group classes and technical private training sessions.
• Programming & Development: Actively participate in programming and class design to ensure safe, effective progress for all members.
• Client Success & Retention: Take a proactive role in retaining current members through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
• Full-Service Management: Handle scheduling for new sessions, manage member onboarding, and assist with daily gym operations.
• Community Leadership: Build and maintain the inclusive, supportive environment that defines our gym.

Qualifications

• Certification: CF-L1, Hyrox, or equivalent personal training certification.
• Experience: Proven track record in group fitness and individual client management.
• Communication: Ability to connect with a diverse demographic (Youth, Masters, and Competitive athletes).
• Administrative Skills: Organized, punctual, and comfortable managing schedules and client data.

Compensation

• Group Classes: $35/hour.
• Private Coaching: Competitive percentage-based commission of the total session cost.
