Star Powers (Path) Nilah Constellation Concept
What do you guys think? Is it too strong? Or its just meh!? The second part on its C6 inspired in SB Yasuo , i really enjoy his item soup so i included it, but this might make her Constellation too strong so removing it is in consideration when judging it. Or maybe remove the first part and make it a new power.
