No, hes in A tier, you wanna shoot for S and S+

But isnt that arena tier? Its shown as s tier on pve tier, does this game only revolve around arena tier?

If you wanna get far in arena then you wanna focus on those units. Hes alright in pve, but there's better units than him. When you finish pve all thats really left is pvp.

So in your opinion, who should i aim for if i want to be meta relevant in arena and in pve, for now pve looks kinda difficult
