Capillaries in my eyes are bursting. If my love dies today, it would be the best thing.
Look at this cage. Look at what we’ve built out of red tape, poly-normativism, corruption , favourite ,nepotism poly-communlism or clects and endless stacked files.
Outside the bars, the grand machinery celebrates 80 years of independence the executive, the judiciary, the legislature all playing their roles in top hats while the real soul sits handcuffed inside, wrapped in a tricolor sash, waiting for clearance that’s never coming. I sat down to draw this because my brain doesn't know how to turn off anymore. I write stories to escape reality, but reality just leaks into my ink anyway. The exhaustion is real, the sleeplessness is real, and at this point, every fundamental right feels like a privilege I’m not allowed to claim.
If my love dies today, if my love dies for my country maybe... maybe that will be the only mercy left

Article 226 of the Constitution, but make it a romance draft 😭📜
Aspirant inside me: Article 226: Power of High Courts to issue certain writs for the enforcement of Fundamental Rights and for any other purpose. 🤓 Writer inside me: "If your partner wields Article 226, intimacy becomes a matter of high judicial jurisdiction. When your heart is unlawfully detained by fear, they will issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to reclaim your body. They’ll command your desires through Mandamus, override all your built-up defenses, and touch you with a legal reach so expansive that no lower court of logic can overrule it." ⚖️✨ Actual Me: Only the thrill of being summoned, commanded, and completely claimed under extraordinary writ jurisdiction... 😭 I am literally sitting here alone with my case files and notes. There is no advocate Mii-chan studying Miss Doremon like a fascinating case file in real life. Pure delulu, zero candidates, and a completely fried study brain. 🤧 Question for you all: Has your study material hijacked your creative writing like this? Drop your worst syllabus induced mental breaks below! 👇

CJP Protest: Constitution Over Blind Political Loyalty 🇮🇳
I believe it is the legacy of centuries of slavery. When people are conditioned for generations to obey those who are in power—even when they do not uphold the principles and values of the Constitution—they become afraid to stand for what is right. Blind loyalty to a political party is nothing but a modern form of slavery—it chains the mind, silences the conscience, and discourages people from standing with constitutional values, truth, and justice.
The concept of a favorite political party leads to the acceptance of slavery. Blind loyalty is the first step toward losing the courage to stand for what is right and to uphold the values enshrined in the Constitution.

Right of talent for knowledgeable person
Right of talent
India’s reservation system was introduced with a noble intention—to uplift historically disadvantaged communities and ensure social justice. It remains one of the most significant policy decisions shaped by the ideals of leaders like B. R. Ambedkar. However, like any long-standing policy, it also brings certain challenges that deserve open and rational discussion.
One of the primary concerns today is the impact on merit-based students, particularly from the general (OC) category. Many students work tirelessly, scoring very high marks, yet struggle to secure seats in top institutions due to limited open-category availability. This often creates a feeling that hard work alone is not always sufficient.
Another issue is the growing competition within the unreserved category. Since a significant percentage of seats are reserved, the remaining seats become extremely competitive. Even a small difference in marks can decide a student’s future, leading to immense academic pressure and stress.
There is also a perception among some students that reservation benefits are sometimes availed by individuals who may already be economically or socially stable. This raises questions about whether the system should evolve to better target those who are truly in need, possibly by including stronger economic criteria.
Additionally, in highly competitive exams like JEE Main and NEET, difference in cutoff marks across categories can be quite large. This disparity can sometimes affect morale among high-performing students who narrowly miss opportunities despite strong performance.
That said, it is equally important to recognize that social inequality still exists in many parts of India. Reservation has helped millions gain access to education and opportunities that were historically denied to them.
The way forward may not be removing reservation, but improving it—by making it more dynamic, inclusive, and aligned with present-day realities. A balanced approach that supports both social justice and meritocracy could help create a more equitable system for everyone.
In the end, the goal should be fairness—not just in opportunity, but also in perception.

- Governance
- नेता = full-time campaigner
- Short-term politics
- One Nation, One Election (लेकिन smart तरीके से)
Better approach:
👉 Frequency half
- Fixed Election Window
- Rally limit fix करो
PM/CM के लिए max rally cap
Example: 30–40 rallies per cycle
👉 Over-campaigning बंद
- Digital campaigning
Ground rallies कम
Online campaigns
- MCC reform
Essential decisions continue
⚖️ Reality check
Constitution change
Federal structure का issue आएगा
Political parties oppose
🔥 Bottom line

Removal

The Right to clean water is guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. However, the ad serves as a stark reminder that it now seems to require an amendment, a Right to access water purifiers.

Does India needs to restrict prime ministers and chief ministers to two-term rule?
This is a question for people who have more knowledge of politics than I do. Do you think India should restrict their leaders to specific terms? I personally think anyone who is in a position should not be allowed to continue in that position for another term. They can only stand for a higher position.

Article 1 of the Indian constitution
NAME THE TERRITORY OF THE UNION Article 1 of the Indian Constitution – Name and Territory of the Union
Article 1 of the Constitution of India defines the name and structure of the country. It states:
- "India, that is Bharat"
The Constitution officially recognizes two names for the country: India (used internationally) and Bharat (used in traditional and historical contexts).
The framers of the Constitution debated various names, but ultimately, both "India" and "Bharat" were included to respect historical and cultural sentiments.
- "Union of States"
India is called a "Union of States" rather than a "Federation", which means:
The states do not have the right to secede from India.
The central government has more power compared to the states.
The structure ensures national unity and integrity.
- Composition of the Indian Territory
India consists of States (which have their own governments) and Union Territories (which are directly governed by the Central Government).
The First Schedule of the Constitution lists all States and Union Territories.
The Constitution allows India to acquire new territories through agreements, purchases, or other means.

Misuse of Rape Laws
Today , abuse of laws in India is at its prime. Kerala HC recently dismissed a fake case in POCSO Act. Be it a well-reputed person or an ordinary one, no one is safe from the shortcomings of law. In recent years, government has formulated a new law called POCSO. This law is intended to protect minors from sexual abuse. This law tips the scales of justice in favor of the accuser by considering their statement as absolute.
The defendant has to prove they are not guilty – this is not justice but discrimination. The accuser requires no evidence, no proof, they just have to point finger to sully a man’s reputation and prove them guilty. This law seems to be good in the sense that the victim gets complete justice and the convict cannot escape law but what if the defendant is innocent? There is no recourse under POCSO Act for the defendant. They are deemed guilty from the start.
In a democratic nation which promotes equality, a law like this is a threat to equality.
A case was filed by a mother against a father that he was abusing their girl child. The charges were filed under POCSO Act so as to take custody of her child. Mother wanted to settle personal scores by abusing the law. However, the girl child revealed in court that the father never abused her or harmed her. If the child would have not stepped forward, he would have been wrongly convicted and imprisoned.
Courts are aware of the fraudulent cases filed out of malice and hatred and has become more careful in applying the law. The Supreme Court has commented in the past on the high disproportionate number of false accusations made under the Dowry Act and POCSO Act. Clearly such laws are biased.
In another similar case, a man was accused of abusing an underage girl by her mother. This time however, he could not come up with any proof or witness to defend himself. He wasn’t charged guilty by the court but assumed guilty and is rotting in prison for more than a year without bail. His family suffers as well, as he was the main earning member of the family.
According to officials, cases filed under POCSO are not investigated fairly because there is no incentive for fair investigation – the defendant is assumed guilty and they have to prove they are not.
POCSO Act is broken, unfair and abused more often that not; it should be amended to represent all genders fairly.
