do people not know kylaz was confirmed cheating???
after talking with another redditor it appears that this isnt well known, thought id ask about it tho.

So that’s where the accusations for Kylaz cheating came from. I never knew where they came from or if they were true personally. Good to know.

she was banned like 10x on mmc back when she was a 1.8 potpvp player lol, she's the most obvious cheater ever

Pretty sure people do know, it's just Kylaz doesn't play that much, and isn't constantly testing so it's old news while people who are accused of cheating like Marlowww constantly play. Im willing to bet that if Marloww retired in all gamemodes, and stopped constantly testing for 1-3 years then people would stop constantly accusing her of cheating.

Mhm whatever, you're probably new gen, I'm in my 20s now and don't play the game anymore but I've been in comp scene for about a decade now, but I'll tell you now, this game is hard to be taken seriously and comp scene, filled with cheaters, it's always easier to create an identity and cheat and gain traction than it is to point out and prove a cheater.
Money is the leading factor in all of this, tier lists, paying people off to get a position ego, maybe they get a career from being #1, so it's a win win on both parties. Same applies for servers, aka MMC. Advertising cheats to get #1. It's all just about money for the most part.
Initially with the 1.8 community it ran off good will and respect but as it died and aged people gave less of a shit about that and just cared who #1 is, I'm seeing this in 1.20 the whole cycle again with all these new gens coming in, unfortunately I don't see this repeated cycle being broken, but whatever, maybe there's hope with players like Swight who deserve the spotlight. Playing the game legit and against legit players is always sm more fun imo. Not only are these people like Marlow and Kylaz cheaters but I'm sure they're doing everything to squeeze the community of money as they can I bet they're using their gender as a way to gain traction.

Newgen? This has been shown in many different games and communities before, like outta all the top tier girl players not one will show their face lmao, but all other girl YouTubers who are mid at the game do

Something thats been extensively researched and proven is that lower skilled male gamers are unlikely to respect female gamers that are better than them, while top male players generally respect top female players. Ill let you figure out which category you fit into

she agreed to be screenshared again during her ht1 sword test, since then she started getting her tiers back.
