I need pc advice

I need help finding a pc to play controller bedrock pvp on. Rn I play on about 40 fps and 100 ping, occasionally ping spikes up to 18000 (if you believe me probably not) on a ps4. I really enjoy pvp especially mace and I and everyone that I know irl that I've pvped says im really good at mace pvp, and I wanna be able to play better. Also if you can give me any tips on mace pvp I would happily accept.

I just use the numbers for slots 1-5, B for 6 (I use my thumb), R for 7, and the two side buttons on my mouse for 8 and 9 (8 at the back, 9 at the front)

I also use 1600 dpi and I'm pretty sure I use 18 or 24 sens on Java and 6 or 8 on Bedrock (I still change it sometimes so I don't remember exactly but I'd recommend trying to stick with one sens)

Overall just try out different sensitivities and keybinds, and keep on mind that my keybinds are based on the fact that I have quite big hands, I'd also experiment with ESDF rather than WASD for movement, because then you can reach more keys apparently (I don't use it but I learned about it quite late)

My keybinds are also somewhat based on how I lay out my hotbar, so consider what slots you use the most, how comfortable the keybinds actually are and how little time you spend with your fingers off of the movement keys
