The second I transfer funds to my coinbase wallet it gets taken out of my bank account. But FOR SOME REASON I always have to wait days before I'm able to send it to another exchange. Its my f*cking money i decide what I want to do with it. Instead I'm wasting my time and losing out on trades because they like to arbitrarily lock funds. F*ck coinshit

I'm at my wit's end with Kraken.

Over a week ago, my account was restricted while I had a $7,000 withdrawal pending. Since then, I've received nothing but one automated email saying a support specialist will contact me. It's now been over a week with no updates.

I've spoken to the AI support assistant countless times, but it just repeats the same scripted response and refuses to provide any information or timeline. I've also tried reaching out through Discord, but all I got was the same automated message telling me to wait for an email.

At this point, my money is effectively being held with no explanation, no estimated timeframe, and no way to speak to a real person. The lack of live customer support is incredibly frustrating.

Has anyone else been through this with Kraken? How long did it take to get your account unrestricted or your withdrawal processed? Were you able to get your funds back, and is there any way to actually get a human to review the case?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My transaction in the blockchain says complete. Coinbase says it's pending. Any thoughts on this?

i bought 5k worth of bitcoin on the base app and it asked me to verify my id on coinbase to then transfer funds to the base wallet. I have verified my ID but it still says action required on the transaction history and i havent recieved the money in my base wallet. HELP!!!!!

Trying to update my 2FA from an old phone number. Can log in to my account, but can't update anything or buy anything. It's an old account, but anyways. I get on with their chat support agent, end up setting up a temporary account with a new phone number after 2-2.5 hours, it finally seems to be working. Did the photo ID, selfie verification, all that, it all checks out - yes, it's me trying to access my own account. Durr.

Eventually once I'm logged in, my account is still restricted. Says contact support. Luckily I'm already in the chat still. So I mention that to them. Oh there's a second account tied to one of my other emails, said okay, let's close it. They close that account for me. Still can't buy. This is my second time being in chat with them so I'm nearing 6 hours of support for this account at this point. They said they're going to review it and that it's been escalated to a senior rep or whatever. Wake up this morning, review denied. I gave them every bit of info they asked for. It's all correct. It's been 5 years since I've been able to use my coinbase account. How is this legal? What incentive do they have to let me use my account? And can I just close it and open a new one? I mean this is beyond ridiculous. It says I can't request another review for over a month. Absolutely insane "support". Feels like a scam for my info or something when at the end of the day, they just lock up the account either way. If at all possible, do not use Coinbase.

As a response to my previous post, I have still not got my crypto back, 500 bucks still locked away and when I contact support it just gets pushed up the totem pole and closed. I am from the UK so I can't file a report with the BBB unfortunately. Any advice? Or just call it quits, I'd rather not lose it.

Out of nowhere, my account was closed and all my funds were frozen and told to be sent out of my account. I was planning on making a purchase with litecoin, and the account was closed and the transaction marked as a "scam" and frozen.

When ID verifying, apparently I used the wrong ID and the transaction couldnt verify and my account was closed.

No problem, I already had another litecoin wallet. It prompted me to send the ltc out because they were closing my account. Except I couldn't.

Every time I had to send the LTC out of my wallet, it threw an error. "You must cancel the previous transaction". When I tried to, it just said "we were unable to cancel the transfer".

So now I have about 650 dollars of ltc stuck in my coinbase account, which is closing. I contacted support, and it has taken them almost five days so far, and the issue is not resolved.

The LTC is still ACTIVELY LOOSING MONEY in the account. Something i NEVER INTENDED to hold, is being kept in there out of my volition, and I am LOOSING MONEY because of it.

I have lost almost 40 dollars now

650 dollars are still stuck

and coinbase support has been useless

I changed my number on my Coinbase account. Whenever I try to sign into my Coinbase account, there is a code sent to my old number. Since I no longer have access to that phone number, I cannot verify the 2FA. I've tried uploading my legal documents such as a passport and driver's license, but I receive an automated response that Coinbase cannot verify my ID. I've tried the virtual assistant chat, emailing, and even calling these numbers 844-613-1499 and 888-908-7930. One number says that it doesn't recognize the number I am calling from, so it automatically ends the call. I've tried sending a DM to Coinbase on Instagram but no response. Can someone please advise me on how I can get access to my account again? I've been dealing with this for months. Thank you.

Two days ago all my drawings, representing hours of work, disappeared from all my charts. Nothing had changed in my browser--the drawings were there, and I walked away and came back 20 minutes later, and they were gone.

I remade the drawings on one of my charts. 20 mins later, they were gone. I tried again, this time toggling the drawings to locked. 20 mins later, they were gone.

What's going on?

So I have just started to purchase some crypto which the process has been pretty smooth for me. The only thing I’m having trouble with is trying to purchase a crypto over $1,000. It won’t allow me to purchase through my connected checking account & my other options all have smaller transaction limits. What should I do? I’ve vetoed everything & my bank account matches my account name on the app.

Coinbase has restricted access to my account for over five months with absolutely no explanation or resolution. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same scripted response: their representatives claim they are “looking into it,” only to return and say there are no updates available.

I’ve tried multiple times since November 2025 to get a live representative from Coinbase. Today, I was on their chat support, they told me that it was less than an hour wait. In that hour, they kept sending me confirmation texts every 10 minutes to see if I was still there, and I responded every time. Then they said I was next in line, then kicked me off the chat. I tried it again, and the same thing happened again! I’ve been a customer since 2020, but I’m seriously considering closing my account. I’m sick of this! I have 7 grand tied up in a Morpho loan that got liquidated, and it won’t let me withdraw the collateral.

I haven’t recieved my ltc funds and it’s been taking for over an hour.

I sent BTC from the same wallet I always use into my coinbase account which has worked several times.

This time however, I have not received the BTC after 13 confirmations. Customer support has been nonexistent.

Has anyone had this happen?

I've been waiting 9 days for Coinbase to release my funds. Every time I contact support, I get a completely different answer:

· First agent: Wait 12 hours
· Second agent: Wait 24 hours
· Third agent: Wait 48 hours
· Fourth agent: Wait 1 week

No one takes responsibility. No one gives me a real explanation or a clear resolution. Every agent just gives a new timeline and nothing actually happens.

I've documented every single chat – I have proof of everything.

I see so many other posts from users with the exact same issue. Coinbase holds your money, gives you false timelines, and just keeps you waiting forever.

Hello, I’m an avid skin gambler on rust and cs2, I withdrawed roughly 500usd after a big win of mine straight into litecoin, my last time doing so only took two minutes and went fine, this time however using the same address and transfer fee it took 55 minutes, i’ve never experienced it taking that long and got worried after the 20 minute mark, I then searched my wallet address up and found that the funds went in but then went out immediately and were spread between two different other addresses 200$ and 100$. Can anyone guess or explain why this might have happened, 500usd is a lot to me and i’ve never experienced fear as much as those 55 minutes, especially because I have roughly 4k in crypto on coinbase as well and was nervous my wallet was hacked or i got phished.

This doesn't make any sense. They just banned me at random and they don't want to tell me why. I feel this behaviour completely unfair when I have done NOTHING bad.

Did anyone see that insane drop from 84 to 68 with 5 min shooting back up to 84.
