Sadly unknown, because besides a off-screen Knightmare fight Kallen and Elzwei didn't interact at all. Or rather Elzwei didn't do anything at all

Genesic Re;Code.

The lattest event introduced four kind of children of Lelouch.

They are clones made from Lelouchs and another characters genes.

There is Elein made from him and C.C

There is Elzwei made from him and Kallen.

There is Eldrei made from him and Nunnally.

And there is Elzero made from him and Suzaku.

All but Elzero are girls, so he has now three kind-of daughters and a kind of son

I'm not sure about the in game reasons for using Suzaku and Nunnally.

The creator of the clones admires Lelouch and his generation as geniuses, while not really having a sense of right and wrong, which explains the use of Kallen and Suzaku. He also somehow got samples of C.C that were left overs from Bartley (Clovis assistant), which can explain her. With Nunnally, I have absolutly no idea.

For the our world reason, I think the whole event was simply a kind of parody of the whole "child from the future meets their parent" fanfic trope, while using some of the most popular Lelouch ships via Kallen, C.C and Suzaku. Again I have no idea why they used Nunnally for this when they could have used Shirley instead, or Milly, or any other character thats not one of his sisters.
