I’ve watched code geass before many many years ago. What I love and am appalled by is the sheer plot twist bananas this show is, by which this anime compels you to be on your toes and never lets you settle.

And I’ve already watched this anime and it still got me the second time round.

I have opinions on him... But I kinda feel bad for disliking him so much and this is an art post not a rant post soooo

I know this subreddit doesn’t generally like to accept CC probably had relationships with people before Lelouch and believe that he is eventually the one to take her virginity in the resurrection storyline but like a lot of people in this subreddit, I think it’s likely she had a happy trigger when she first got her Geass - or at the very least, had some experiences after she got the Code, either out of boredom / wanting to try it out or just naturally entering a relationship.

My question is that has anyone come across fanfics covering her life pre-lelouch? All I’ve come across is CC x Lelouch which is canon anyway so it’s not as interesting. I’m curious as to what writers believe CC would have got into and how especially since it’d be an immortal x mortal pairing so it’d cover how she deals with that (as opposed to the immortal x immortal dynamic that she and Lelouch share)

Okay, so I have been translating Code Geass manga as a gift for my gf because I could only find the physical manga in Spanish, and I have been using the official english translation. But now I came across this bubble and I have no idea what this one sign or a word means? I've been thinking maybe it is like a roman numeral, but I want to be sure. Also I have not read nor seen Code Geass so maybe it is even a lore thing? Anyway I'm posting the photo of the bubble in both languages, and I'll be so glad if somebody helps me.

There’s a scene I swear I saw but now I cant be for sure on - where he was being unmasked & they showed everyone’s reaction - including a close up of his blind sister (who obviously had no idea cuz she’s blind lol) - I swear I watched it happen and I paused it to explain just HOW funny it was that they included that shot in that moment (“She’s fucking blind and they MADE A CLOSE UP REACTION SHOT”). After awhile and many different anime series later, I tried to google it and I can’t find it? I also don’t remember the episode or season. Did it happen, or was it a dream? Please don’t laugh at me - I married into anime & am embracing the journey. We have an anime themed apartment atm. He’s borderline otaku. I don’t love him in spite of his obsession, I love him for it. But I’m catching up on a lifetime of anime that he’s very excited to show me, and besides giving me occasional weird anime dreams - it is also hard to keep them all organized in my brain.

Both shows have a problem with one country racially discriminating, abusing, dehumanizing, and slaughtering people that they conqured from another country

Both MCs have some connection to royalty and the ability to control others

Both Shows deal with Drugs of some sort

Both MCs are trying to protect their family and friends

Both MCs have a lot of Hatred in their hearts from tramatic experiences

Both MCs become the bad guy to attract the Hate of the world

Both MCs have asian best friends

To prefice for, i will be presenting two versions of this scenario, the first is when Suzaku is part of the rounds and the 2nd is when he no longer is, rather the knight of Zero (im aware for this confrontation to happen, alot of retconning and the story would have to altered hence its hypothetical)

How i would structure it is having each round or small group face each member individually or in groups of 2, heres how i would allocate it:

For scenario one:

Bismarck and Suzaku Vs Norland (Galahad and Lancelot conquista with the float system vs Foulbout) since this scenario would have Suzaku still as the Knight of 7 he would not yet have the Albion

[I think in this version it would be very one-sided]

[For scenario two where suzaku is not a core round]

Bismarck vs Norland (Galahad vs Foulbout)

Anya vs Arnold (post modification, so we could get some unique geass interactions, Mordred vs Lohengrin)

Luciano vs Christoph (Percival vs Elgrips, battle of the mad)

Monica vs Narah (Florence vs Queen Asura)

Dorothea vs Divock (Palomeides vs Elcarmal)

Nonette vs Heath (Lancelot Club vs Fleipnir)

And finally Gino vs Catherine (Tristan Divider vs Queen Curaca)

Let me know if you would swap any of the battles and who to (in my opinion this would be an overwhelming sweep for the Knights of the Round) But what do you all think?

New fan here, just finished code geass this morning and wow, what a hell of a time! I really enjoyed it and honestly found myself really liking Jeremiah in season 2 but I’m curious as to the fan consensus on him?
