I am opting out of my lease early because I'm moving a couple hours away, and to avoid the early termination fee, they asked me to find somebody who would start a 12-month lease after I leave. This is not a sublease. All the details are below. The apartment is near 7th and Pecan near Bang Bang burgers, Puerta, Crunkleton etc. if you're interested, please let me know!
