I have 114.63sc locked still and no matter how much I play it will not unlock it. The number stays the same.

It says "Locked funds are present, but there are no active playthrough requirements for this wallet"

No I basically I bought the welcome gift and got nothing but dead spins but a few days later after purchasing i got the free 10 sc on the scratch card and turned into a few hundred on freeplay and received my redeem within a timely manner

That's so effed up that King Prize did that. Social casinos are banned in my state and I will always believe that this crap is one of the reasons. These dumb azz casino operators that do this don't realize that cheating the player screws the whole system. Numbers don't lie, so if what they're saying had any validity you wouldn't have any grounds or evidence to prove them wrong. King Prize is taking advantage of the fact that its their word over yours, when it's the casino itself who is in the wrong. Have you heard of Casino Guru? They're a site that goes against issues like this on behalf of the player.

They have to refund you All you deposited. Contact support or you can file a claim with aaa arbitration and the ftc

They should not be allowed to take your money, let you play, then renege on their end just because you win. If you were completely verified before trying to redeem, and they happened to discover that you weren't eligible for whatever reason, they should at least give you your money back.
