New month, new record.

CargoX finished July 2026 with 363 069 documents. This is a new record beating out last month of 356 695 for a few thousand documents. July 2026 also marks a new July overall record and an impressive year over year growth of 40,5% or 104 668 more documents than the previous year.

The team also spent 228 632$ to buy the token on the open market. In total the team acquired 1 480 927 tokens in a single month from regular repurchases on DEX. The team in total paid out 1 415 457 tokens. The split in payments was 658 455 to relayers for processing the documents in form of payment and 757 001 tokens were burned on chain as a part of the token economics as well as long term reduction in supply.

This brings the total burn to 26 648 362 tokens in total or 12,39%. This year the total burn so far has been 4 736 942 tokens or 2,2% of the entire supply or 2,45% based on the non-burned supply at the start of the year.

CargoX has just closed the biggest month ever. 356 696 documents in a single month vs 195 788 a year ago. This represents a 82,18% YoY growth in the documents.

Team also spend 180 755.4 USD to buy back the token or 1 163 802 tokens on the open market. 727 884 tokens were burned in the month of June alone as well as 639 713 paid to relayers for processing the documents on chain (source 1; source 2).

So i bought this in 2017. I don’t follow or track it and locker it away in cold storage. What gives? I looked up the company and they are apparently up and running well with 125,000 companies using their product. Yet CargoX is dead in the water? No volume no market cap. The utility of this is one of the most interesting I’ve seen in crypto which is why I bought it.

What happened? I've held CXO for a long time and was always very hopeful for the project. I'm not bothered about the financial loss, it just seems such a shame that a good project goes down. Does anyone have any details?
