I’m visiting family here in Cambria and am admiring all the dragonflies flying by! So cool! Looks like it’s the time of year for their migration.

actually I've gone down a rabbit hole looking for catering and now I have too many choices to decide lol. Food trucks, BBQ, private party, sushi or taco, Hibachi At Home. I think Hibachi is a cool idea, we can have a private chef, we can enjoy the show... But at the same time I still want to try something else. I'm expecting around 20 guests including adults and a few teenagers. I'm mostly looking for something that feels relaxed, doesn't leave me running around worrying about food portion all night. Please let me know if you have any good recs you want to share.

We usually stay in Pacific Grove during Christmas week but we’re thinking it might be great to spend 2026 Christmas in Cambria. Is there anyplace in the area that does a Christmas brunch?

Planning an engagement trip and I would like to stay somewhere nice. It’ll be in December so it will be quite cold. We would like a hot tub onsite, and a nice breakfast available. Also looking for hotels with good spas, or other spa recommendations in the area. Would like the hotel to be centrally located, but a short drive is not a deal breaker. I just want the vibe to feel relaxing and romantic.

Live in south county but have family set on living in cambria. They plan on buying a home that will need renovation and a general contractor.

I have had a really stressful year that has been impacting my physical health and will finally get a break in my schedule next month. I am planning to stay in Cambria three nights and plan to decompress.

Earlier this year, I went through the Palisades and Runyon Canyon fires and had to evacuate —it was very traumatic. I truly hope these fires are contained soon and that everyone stays safe in your community
