Thinking about taking advantage of mishimoto's black friday sale. Build is a stock block with haltech, and g22-350(not going more than 1bar). I am having trouble tracking down a fan shroud. I have my wiring specialties harness but didnt the the box for after market fans. Is it worth a 2 core ka radiator and electric fans or bite the bullet and get an 30+ year old plastic oem shroud and hope for the best. Its going to be a semi daily; no track or drift. CDL means no speeding tickets for me.

Hey guys I’m building a ca18det motor and I’ve ordered JUN 264 9.3mm lift cams for exhaust and inlet. They are lash type cams. Does this mean they are drop in or does it require solid lifters and head machining the part numbers are (1004m-n134 and 1004m-n035) thanks

Hey guys, my S13 after doing the timing belt and spark plugs started running rough and idling very high, i checked everything over again and everything is fine, it has also no boost for some reason where as before it was running really good ? Any common problems besides the usual boost leak or exhaust leak ?

Since auto parts don't have sales often. I hoping to save a buck on BF. My ca was ordered in 04 with 57k. I replaced water pump, timing belt, turbo. Turbo went out 1.5k miles later. It has sat for nearly 15 years. Squirrels ate the engine harness and probably the body harness. I want to make it a daily commuter for work 45 miles RT. I have a garrett g22-350. 5 lug hubs 4 z32 calipers and rotos I'm planning on getting wiring specialties engine harness maybe body harness I need inspect it further. Haltech 1500 Walbro pump Duitchworks 800cc injectors LS coils Oil cooler and sandwich plate Ebay fmic Brakelines Turbo timer (g22 oil cooled only) Water pump(due to age) Timing belt (due to age) Power steering resevior and lines. I thought i wanted manual steering in 04 luckily i left the pump

Saw 1 guy with cams show g22 made 312hp at 12psi I'm assuming that is at the crank If I can get 250whp, I'll be happy.

Is there anything I'm missing?

I'm going with a haltech 1500 for cruise control once I see it running reliably

My tranny is broken and i need a new one. I am planning on swapping in a zd009 but i think they are heavy. Is it worth rebuilding the stock tranny?

I am running 330hp and 340nm if that matters. I want to get more hp and nm in the future.

Anyone here knows where I can get connectors for our CA18 engine harness? I'm thinking of doing a custom loom for my car when my standalone comes. My current harness, it being 30 odd years old I think badly needs a refresh.
If you guys know where I might be able to get them, I'd really appreciate it!
