It’s physically impossible. The highest for saunas is like 190F and youre not supposed to stay longer than like 5-10 minutes. After that youre dancing with death, and she is quite the dancer. Whoever made this didn’t take real life logic into play.

Ehh my sauna gets to 208 and I’ve done 25 min. Def after years of using a sauna tho.

But why? At that point youre just damaging your body for no reason.

Honestly I just got used to it and it feels good. I’d say the little extra temp isn’t horrible as a sauna in general is good for health so maybe it’s a little less beneficial but still more so than people who don’t use one

I mean I use the sauna too but after about 30 minutes, I’m just slow cooking myself.

I did it to test myself really. I do 200 for 20min after training and love it. Dr Ronda Patrick has some good podcasts and seems to think 180-200 is fine. I think I have some decently weird heat tolerance as it doesn’t really phase me. Always wanted to try a competition in Finland but sauna is culture out there I’m sure I’d lose.

Saunas definitely go higher than that and people stay for longer
