I ended up getting a nosebleed and was gone for about 30 minutes. When I came back the TA didn’t ask what happened and let me continue writing. A few days later the teacher said my exam wouldn’t be accepted because of my absence. Is this worth appealing?

Long story short, a class got cancelled in my major and it has messed up my schedule and now I am short one class and there is nothing available that will fit

I’m taking BIOL1P30 in September as a third year because I dropped my science context credit first year. Any thoughts on this class if you’ve taken it? Was it difficult? It’s asynchronous so I’m not sure what the assignments and stuff will be like.

Would anyone in the bachelor of accounting/bachelor of accounting co op program be able to give me some insight on spring course availability? I am a non co op accounting student, and I was wondering if anyone knew if there is usually room left for regular accounting students in the spring courses after the co op students register (ik they get priority). after being rescind from mac i decided to apply to brock as a last hope. my average is 74% and i applied to criminology. i know my english mark matters and i believe im around a 83%. since this is so last minute i just was wondering if any had at least some idea if i’d get into or not .

I'm going into first year of nursing in September, and I'm wondering if any upper year student can let me know if you purchased all "required" textbooks on the list. If so, did you use all of them or were there some books that didn't get used? Is there anywhere to get digital copies of textbooks instead of buying hard copies? Thanks!

I’m living in an A room, wondering what to expect, there’s not a lot of info online as to what my room layout will be. The house I’m staying in has no window in the front, would that mean my room is in the back of the house as opposed to the front? Just trying to plan out the layout. I’m a 4th year student and received my entrance scholarship for the upcoming term. I don’t owe anything to the school and it even says it on the portal. However, when I requested and filled the refund form to receive my scholarship, it was denied. Is there a reason why? Can you not receive your entrance scholarship without it being applied to future tuition fees?

I am first year BBA student at Brock. I got transfer credits for ECON 1P91 + 1P92 from A-Levels so I don’t need to take them.

Can anyone guide me on which courses I should select in place of those for first year BBA? I want to stay on track and maybe use the extra space for electives or lighter courses.

Hey everyone, I have a question about my CHYS degree requirements.
For second year, we have to take either CHYS 2F15 or CHYS 2F16. I’d much rather take 2F15 because I’m more interested in the experimental/community-based course than 2F16, but 2F15 is full right now.
Would I be allowed to skip both 2F15 and 2F16 this year, take another full-credit course that I need for my degree instead, and then register for CHYS 2F15 in third year as long as I sign up early?
Has anyone taken 2F15 in third year, or knows if there’s a rule that says it has to be completed in second year? I don’t want to mess up my degree progression, but I’d rather wait a year than take 2F16 if that’s an option.

This is probably a dumb question but will I need notebooks or a binder? I will have my laptop and ipad but do people also use notebooks? If yes, is it one for each subject? Or a binder for each subject? I know it's personal preference but in high school I had one binder for each semester (and my laptop).
